西峰长8油藏开发早期高含水井治理技术研究

摘要
针对西峰油田注水开发中存在的主要问题,研究代表性的典型油藏,以生产动态资料为基础,结合地质测井资料分析,通过对西峰油田见水井方向识别和见水规律分析的研究,从油田储层特征、采油工艺等多方面分析西峰油田油井含水上升的影响因素。在低渗透油藏渗流规律研究和西峰油田注水开发技术评价的基础上,利用裂缝堵水、周期注水等多项现场控水稳油技术有针对性开展见水井综合治理工作,并跟踪分析评价治理效果。在此基础上,提出一整套针对区块井网适应性的合理控水稳油治理方案。
     (1)以油田基础地质、电测及开发动态资料为基础并结合室内化验分析,开展西峰油田长8油藏地质特征研究。在该油藏构造特征、沉积特征及相带展布、储层特征、油藏控制因素等方面有了新的认识。
     (2)结合西峰油田注水开发及含水变化特征,分析油田见水规律,从裂缝特征及油藏非均质性等多方面分析油田含水影响因素。现场实施井间示踪剂、脉冲试井、动态验证以及裂缝测试等多种见水方向识别技术,并对各种识别技术进行适用性评价。
     (3)利用因素分析法与实验拟合法研究低渗透油藏渗流规律,寻找合理描述低渗渗流过程的物理模拟规律的数学表达式。基于二项式形式回归,并结合室内岩心渗流实验以及流固耦合实验,通过对实验数据的处理来求解启动压力梯度,并对启动压力梯度的规律性及量化方面开展研究。
     (4)利用常规油藏工程方法和油藏数值模拟技术,结合开发动态特征,开展西峰油田低渗透油藏注水开发技术评价研究。分析了合理井网密度的确定方法,以经济分析为基础对比评价了矩形、正方形反九点、菱形反九点等三种井网部署和井网调整方法。分析评价了西峰油田目前井网形式下的注采压力系统,提出了确定合理注采开发工艺参数的方法。对西峰油田超前注水开发技术的现场实施效果进行了分析评价,对超前注水时机、注水强度、注水量进行了优化设计。
     (5)基于西峰油田地质特征、开发特征及见水规律分析,提出高含水井综合治理技术对策,并利用裂缝堵水调剖、周期注水、精细注采调控等现场技术对西峰油田重点见水区块进行注采调整,取得了满意的调整结果。并结合现场实施效果对目前国内外常见的综合治理技术进行了适应性评价。
Because there exist many important problems during water flood development in Xifeng oilfield, we should research some typical reservoirs. We are based on production performance data, combined with analyzing geological log information .in Xifeng oilfield, we analyze influence factor about well's water cut increase by discerning breakthrough well direction and water breakthrough's law and studying reservoir characteristic, oil recovery technology and so on. Above the foundation of researching low permeable reservoir's seepage flow law and evaluating the technology of water flood development, we often use a plenty of field technologies of controlling water cut to stabilize oil production, such as fracture water plugging ,cyclic water flood and so on in order to do the work about overall regulation of breakthrough well. At the same time, we analyze the effort of analysis and evaluation all the time. At last, we advance a variety of rational controlling water cut to stabilize oil production's program about block network.
     (1)We decide to further study geological feature about chang-8 reservoir of Xifeng oilfield by oilfield basic geologic, electrical survey and development performance data, combined with lab assay analysis. At present, to this reservoir, we have a new understand about structural feature, depositional feature, facies belt distribution, reservoir feature, reservoir control factor and so on.
     (2)We analyze oilfield water breakthrough law depending on water flood development and the change of water-cut in Xifeng oilfield. We also analyze influence factor of oilfield water cut from fracture pattern, reservoir heterogeneity and so on. In the field, we enforce many technologies about water breakthrough direction recognition, such as interwell tracer, pulse testing, dynamic check and fracture test. What's more, we have done the applicability evaluation about many kinds of recognition technologies.
     (3)We study low permeable reservoir's seepage flow law by the method of factor analysis and experimental simulation, with the purpose of looking for rational mathematical represent about physical analogue law during the seepage flow. We get start-up pressure gradient by binomial from regression, lab core seepage test, fluid-solid coupling test and dealing with experimental data. Then, we make a study about the law and quantification of start-up pressure gradient.
     (4)Combined with development performance feature, we make a study about low permeable reservoir water flood development technology in Xifeng oilfield by the conventional method of reservoir engineering and the technology of reservoir numerical simulation. We have analyzed the method of identifying rational well spacing density. On the foundation of economic analysis, we have compared and evaluated three kinds of methods(rectangular, square reverse nine-spot and rhombus reverse nine-spot) about pattern arrangement and pattern modification. We have analyzed and evaluated present spacing pattern's injection-production pressure systems about Xifeng oilfield, then provided the method of identifying rational injection-production development technology parameters. As to Xifeng oilfield, we have analyzed and evaluated field's effort about the technology of water flood in advance development. We have done the optimal combination about water injection timing in advance, water injection intensity in advance and water injection in advance.
     (5)In Xifeng oilfield, we make a measure about technology of high-water well's overall regulation. As to the block which often runs into the water, we do the flood pattern modification by using water plugging and profile control, cyclic water flooding, injection-production control and so on. Now, we have got a satisfactory adjusting result. Combined with field's implementation effort, we do the applicability evaluation about overall regulation technologies which are often seen all over the world.
