省烟草电子商务系统的设计与实现

摘要
烟草行业属于国家直管,最初是典型的计划经济,随着中国社会主义市场经济体制的不断完善,目前这种状况严重不能适用现在市场需要,产销不能结合,成本浪费严重,行业每年的产销衔接会是一个极其耗时耗财的会议,而且其手工收集和统计的信息极其有限,在信息高速发展的今天,其明显不能适用市场环境改变和国际竞争对手的挑战;
     为应对挑战,“数字烟草”可有效提高竞争力,挖掘业务中各种对象、数据和信息模型,分析其各种依赖关系,并转移为关系型数据库,把业务中其手工操作的纸件、过程和流程转化为系统功能,利用网络这个大平台,通过与系统的交互来实现网上计划合同、网上交易、电子核算、审批流程和信息的集中管理;烟草电子商务系统的主要工作就是建立开发一套电子商务系统,实现省烟草公司根据国家局指标进行计划、指标下发,各销售公司、烟厂则根据自己的销售能力进行计划上报,最终由省经销公司根据指标分解下发情况和上报信息进行总量平衡,产生了销售与生产计划的合同;实现销售公司与烟厂的具体合同履行,通过网上订单方式完成具体的交易行为;实现省烟草公司的资金网上统一结算,通过省公司财务结算中心直接参与到订单的财务、支付确认以及完成与银行系统的最终帐户支付行为,从而实现省烟草公司财务资金管理中心;实现所有信息和数据大集中,最终实现了一个数据中心,实现“数字烟草”,有效的提升了企业竞争力。
     系统的整个需求分析、设计的过程均是采用业界领先的UML设计理念,通过Rational Rose、PowerDesign等专业设计工具完成的,利用用例图、顺序图、类图等图示表达系统的整体需求分析和设计,采用J2EE架构作为整体解决方案,应用EJB、JavaBean、Sevlet、JSP等组件技术进行系统实现,后台数据库采用的是Oracle9i,最终交互了一个完全满足业务需求、易操作、安全的电子商务系统,系统目前运行稳定,并获得国家烟草的表扬和作为他省推广借鉴参考。
Tobacco industry is a country-controlled industry. Initially it is a typically planned economy.. Along with the progressive optimization of Chinese socialistic market economic system, the current situaion can't meet the current marketing need critically. The production couldn't be combined with the marketing and there are too much waste in the cost. The cooperation meeting betweent the production and marketing every year is a meeting which cost too much time and mony but the information which is collected and counted manually is very limited. the meeting can't meet the situation of the change of the marketing environment and face the challenge of the international competitor.
     To face the challenge, "Digital Tobacco" can increase the competition effectively and mine all kinds of objects, data and information models in the business. It could analysis all kinds of dependency relations and transfers them to the relational database. It transfers the paper, procedure and process by manulally operation in the buseness to system function. It utilizes the network platform to implement the integrated management of the network plan contract, network trading, E-accouting, approval process and information using the interconnection of the systems. The main goal of the province tobacco E-business system is to establish and develop a set of E-business system to let the province tobacco company issue the plan and indicators according to the indicators of the country. the system implements the integraton of all the information and data and just one data center to increase the enterprise competion effectively using the digital tobacco.
     In the overall requirement analysis and design of the system, the industry leading UML design method and the professional design tool such as Rational Rose、PowerDesign are used to describe the integral requirement analysis and design of the system. The system structure is J2EE structure and using the component technic such as EJB、JavaBean、JSP to implement the syste. The system runs stability and gets the praise of the courty tobacco. It has been an example for the other provinces.
