NGN组网关键技术研究与实现

摘要
下一代网络NGN(Next Generation Network,NGN)的概念自1997年间世以来,在世界范围内不断推广、应用。其中广泛应用的软交换,在众多制造商和运营商的推动下,正趋于成熟,功能也日益丰富。目前,各大电信运营商在全国已经有很多试点,在进行NGN的组网应用。据业界推测,从2007开始,NGN的商用网络将开始大规模部署,到2010年以后,NGN的重点将转移到开发更先进的业务上。
     本论文通过对NGN试验网的研究,研究NGN及其关键技术的原理,分析NGN网络设计的机制,探索NGN商用中可能出现的各种问题,寻求适合现有网络条件的方案,论文研究内容属于当前通信领域研究热点之一,有广泛切实的应用前景。
     论文结合了现有电信网络的演进,理论分析和系统实际构建相结合,阐述了NGN及其关键技术的原理,通过NGN试验网探索电信网络演进,验证软交换组网方式的可行性。结合黑龙江省通信公司下一代网络(NGN)建设方案,分别从技术方案、业务方案、网络安全保障、综合接入方案、承载网解决方案等方面全而诠释下一代网络(NGN)网络演进的技术细节与可行性。从而通过实际设计和应用中为下一步NGN的发展趋势寻求经验。
     论文还给出了业务测试和应用实例,以证明这些技术和措施的有效性、可行性和实用性。
The next generation network has been popularized and applied worldwide since it was first presented in 1997. One of it's key technology, Softswitch, is becoming more and ripe and powerful under the pushes of numerous manufacturers. At present, there are a lot of pilot projects in the whole country in every large telecommunication operator, carrying on the group network application of NGN. It is predicated according the industry, that the commercial network of NGN will dispose on a large scale from 2007, and the focus of NGN will transfer to develop more advanced business by 2010.
     The thesis through the research to NGN trial network, it studies NGN and it's the essential technical principle, it analyzes the mechanism of the NGN network design, it explores each kind of question which NGN commercial center possibly appears, and it seeks suits the existing network condition the plan, the paper research content belongs to one of current correspondence domain research hot spots, has the wide spread practical application prospect.
     The paper unified the existing telecommunication network evolution, the theoretical analysis and the system constructs actually unifies, elaborated NGN and its the essential technical principle, through the NGN experiment network exploration telecommunication network evolution, confirms the Softswitch network way the feasibility. the paper unified the Next Generation Network project of Heilongjiang province correspondence company, it explains completely the technique details and possibility of the evolvement of network through technique project, service project, network safety guarantees, Synthesize to connect into the project, Loading net solution. As a result, it seeks the experience in the actual design and in the application for the next step of NGN development tendency.
     The paper returned to give back to the service test and the application example, by proved these technical and the measure validity the feasibility and the usability.
