CDMA交换网络优化研究与实践

摘要
目前中国联通所使用的CDMA移动电话网采用的是FDMA和TDMA两种方式的结合。CDMA比GSM有很大的优势,CDMA多址技术完全适合现代移动通信网所要求的大容量、高质量、综合业务、软切换等。在移动通信竞争激烈的今天,除了先进的技术,网络质量是用户选择运营商主要因素。
     网络质量直接反映了用户的感知度,网络优化的目标就是提高网络运行质量。优化工作也主要是对网络进行分析、提出改进方案、组织实施,然后观察、比较、再分析,循环往复使得网络质量逐步提升。
     网络优化包含无线网络优化和交换网络优化。CDMA移动通信系统的交换网络优化以移动交换中心为核心,对于提高整个通信网络服务质量至关重要,利用交换网络优化方法可以长期、持续、有效地提高交换网络的通信质量。而在此基础上,对特殊问题的优化处理更能够消除网络隐患,为用户提供更加先进、优质、高效、满意的服务。
     文章对中国联通的CDMA网络结构作了介绍,介绍了交换网络优化的措施和手段,并在实际工作中对这些方法进行探讨和实践。文章对衡量交换机的主要性能指标进行分析,介绍不同指标所反映的内容及其受影响因素。对各项指标的起伏变化进行了深入剖析,结合交换机提供的追踪手段,利用信令跟踪的信息,对主要指标变化原因、提高渠道进行分析阐述。在整个过程中,对以下几个专题作了有针对性地研究——呼叫接通率分析、寻呼成功率分析和优化。并在日常工作中应用实践,对交换机话务、信令阻塞等问题进行了分析解决。
The CDMA networks, which are used in China Unicom, are the combination of FDMA and TDMA. The CDMA system has many advantages over the GSM system of large capability, high voice quality, integrated services, soft-handoff function and so on. But customer choice telecommunication network for not only the advance of technology but also the quality of network.
     The quality of network reflects customer's sensation. The purpose of Network Performance Improvement (NPI) is to enhance or retain the performance of network, which is the result of many interactive factors. The task of NPI is analyzing mainly the problems discovered in network, bring forward improving plan, organizing and putting in practice and then monitoring, comparing, analyzing again. By doing these the performance of network can be improved step by step.
     In Global System for Mobile communication (GSM), Switch Network Performance Improvement (SNPI), which regards Mobile Services Switching Center (MSC) as its kernel, is very important in the whole NPI. The performance of the switch network can be improved via the common measures of SNPT permanently continually and efficiency. On this foundation, the network's latent trouble can be eliminated; more advanced high grade efficient can be provided and service for subscriber also can be satisfied by optimization of special problem.
     The article introduces CDMA network architecture of China Unicom, analyzes the Key Performance Indicators in the exchanger, and introduces their contents reflected by different target and their influenced factor. Chapter 3 takes apart embedded for fluctuant of every target, by combining with tracing methods offered by MSC and HLR, using signaling tracing message, expounds the causes of main target's change and enhance method. The whole process makes investigation aim at these topics as follows: Call Connected Rate (CSR), Paging Success Rate. Finally, it emphasizes particularly on cooperating with other nodes, discusses traffic block and signal block.
