电子政务中电子印章系统的研究与设计

摘要
印章在传统的政府办公中起着十分重要的作用，本文将讨论传统印章的特点，研究数字(信息)化环境中的电子印章系统。其主要内容有：
1、政府办公传统印章系统的特点，传统印章的申请、保存、分发、使用并对其安全性进行分析。
2、结合传统印章系统，研究数字化环境中的电子印章系统，讨论电子印章系统中印章的申请、保存、分发、使用并进行必要的安全性分析。
3、讨论如何在现有的政府办公电子化的基础上，设计简单的电子印章系统。
The conventional seals play an important role in the government. This paper will discuss the characteristic of the conventional seals and study the system of electronic seals . This paper has the central content as below :
(1) The characteristic of the conventional seals . The application , conservation , distribution and use of the conventional seals . The analysis about the security of the system of the coventional seals .
(2) Study the system of electronic seals . Discuss the application , conservation , distribution and use of electronic seals . The analysis about the security of the system of the coventional seals .
(3) Discuss the simple design about the system of electronic seals .
