驱杀牛皮蝇蛆最新药剂—敌百虫点涂剂的研究

摘要
由于牛皮蝇蛆病严重危害养牛业的发展,本实验为了控制和消除牛皮蝇蛆病,根据国内外对透皮吸收理论与透皮吸收促进剂的研究和倍硫磷浇泼剂的成功配方为基础筛选出主药敌百虫、透皮促进剂丙二醇和氮酮,配制出四种不同浓度的驱杀牛皮蝇蛆病新药剂—敌百虫点涂剂(spot on)。在牛体上进行点涂试验后分时段采血,将血样处理后用GC—9A气相色谱仪进行血药浓度测定,与敌百虫注射剂血药浓度测定结果相互比较,最终筛选出7.5%的敌百虫点涂剂做疗效实验。并且与倍硫磷注射剂与倍硫磷浇泼剂的杀虫率比较,结果是7.5%敌百虫点涂剂杀虫率达到100%。杀虫率比倍硫磷注射剂高8.98百分点,比倍硫磷浇泼剂高2.38百分点。
To control bovine hypodermosis which seriously endanger the line of raising cattle Trichlorphon as primary medicine and 1,2-Propylene glycol as well as Azone as enhancer of cutaneous penetration were culled and compounded to 4 density Trichlorphon spot-on according to the theory of percutaneous absorption , the research to enhancer of cutaneous penetration in china and other countries. Trichlorphon spot-on is a new medicine to treat bovine hypodermosis disease. After cattle were daubed with Trichlorphon spot-on , blood samples were collected and handled on different time. By measuring Trichlorphon density of the blood samples with GC-9A gas chromatograph and comparing with the group received an injection of Trichlorphon 7.5% Trichlorphon spot-on was selected as the medicine of treatment test. The clinical test achieved 100% efficacy to kill bovine hypodermosis larvae with 7.5% Trichlorphon spot-on , which exceed 10% than the efficacy of an Fenthion injection and 2% than the of Fenthion pour-on.
