白念珠菌静脉感染对脾虚小鼠致病性的研究

摘要
目的
     研究白念珠菌对脾虚状态下小鼠的致病性,分析脾虚小鼠对白念珠菌免疫力的变化情况及其发病机制,探讨不同免疫状态与白念珠菌感染的关系,为临床防治白念珠菌感染提供实验依据。
     方法
     采用番泻叶泻下法制备脾虚小鼠模型。经尾静脉接种白念珠菌,观察脾虚小鼠和正常小鼠的平均生存天数。用血清溶血素法测定小鼠体液免疫功能,用碳粒廓清法测定小鼠单核吞噬细胞功能,并测定小鼠肾脏内白念珠菌活菌数,最后比较脾虚小鼠和正常小鼠上述指标的差异。
     结果
     与正常小鼠相比,脾虚小鼠在感染白念珠菌后生存天数明显缩短,肾脏内白念珠菌活菌菌数明显增多;脾虚小鼠体内抗体生成减少,单核吞噬细胞吞噬功能下降;白念珠菌能够抑制正常小鼠的免疫功能,表现为体内抗体生成减少,单核吞噬细胞吞噬功能下降,使小鼠抵抗力降低。
     结论
     脾虚小鼠对白念珠菌易感性增加,免疫力减弱,这与脾虚小鼠体内抗体生成减少,单核吞噬细胞吞噬功能下降有关。
Objective
    In order to observe the response of spleen deficiency mice to intravenous infection of C.albicans.
    Methods
    The mice were fed with senna leaf decoction for seven days until the mice appeared some symptoms, such as diarrhea, bad appetite, emaciation and inactivity. Then the mice were injected C.albicans intravenously. The survival days of mice were observed for three weeks and the amount of live C.albicans in kidneys was calculated. The carbon particle clearance test and serum concentration of hemolysin were determined.
    Results
    The results suggest that C.albicans can suppress the immune function of the normal mice significantly. The phagocytosis of macrophages and the production of antibodies fell obviously. The survival days of senna-treated mice were sharply shorted after the infection of C.albicans and the amount of C.albicans in kidneys was increased. In contrast, the survival days of the normal mice were not different after the infection of C.albicans.
    Conclusion
    It means that C.albicans is lethal to spleen deficiency mice.
