膏体充填流变特性及工艺研究

摘要
本文主要对矿山膏体充填的流变特性及泵送工艺进行研究。
     在长期科研工作中,我们逐渐认识到高浓度浆体和更高浓度浆体的流变特性测试和研究,对深入了解高浓度(膏体)料浆在管道中的运动状态和变化特点,指导充填工程系统设计和工业生产,调节充填物料配比,确定管输参数,加强充填系统动态管理等都有十分现实的意义。
     充填料浆属于粘度较高的非牛顿体,本文对充填料浆的流变特性进行理论及试验研究。全尾砂膏体充填料浆的流变模型属H-B。分别对新拌水泥浆体和水泥砂浆的流变特性、新拌混凝土的流变特性进行讨论,重点讨论全尾砂充填料浆的流变特性。用各种方法对金川全尾砂膏体流变性能的测定结果充分说明下述二方面的事实:
     (1) 尽管各种方法的测试结果有所差异,甚至有很大差异,但无一例外地都证明全尾砂膏状充填料具有相当大的屈服应力。
     (2) 根据测试结果绘制的流变曲线表明:全尾砂膏体浓度较低时的管壁切应力都随切变率的增长而呈曲线增长或当浓度高和添加细石后近似直线增长,而曲线的斜率随切变率增加而减小。
     金川全尾砂膏体料浆(未加水泥)虽具有触变性,但不明显。
     膏体充填料的可泵性,是膏体充填料泵送的一个综合性指标。膏体充填工艺技术的研究,在金川公司获得成功。
The rheological characters and pumping technologies of mine cream-body fill are mainly studied in the dissertation.
    In the long-term scientific research work, we realize that the test and study of the rheological characters of high concentration and higher concentration slurry have many very practical meaning in the aspects of deeply comprehending the motion character and variety character of high concentration slurry, guiding filling engineering system design and industrial production, regulating the proportioning of filling material, determining pipe-transport parameters, reinforcing the dynamic management of filling system.
    Filling material is non-Newton body with high viscidity, the theoretic and experimental study of the rheological characters of filling material are performed in the dissertation. The rheological model of complete caudal sand cream-body filling is H-B type. The rheological character of newly mixed concrete slurry and concrete mortar and the rheological character of newly mixed concrete are discussed respectively, but the rheological character of complete caudal sand filling slurry is emphatically discussed. The following two facts are proved adequately from the measure result of the character of complete caudal sand filling cream-body by using many methods.
    Firstly, although there are some differences exist in the measure result by using different methods, even the differences are very great, but they all can proved that complete caudal sand filling materials have fairly great yield stress.
    Secondly, it is proved by the rheological curve plotted according to the measure result that while the concentration of complete caudal cream-body is low, the shear stress of pipe wall increase with the increase of shear transformation ratio as cure law, while the concentration of complete caudal cream-body is high and fine stones are
    
    
    added, the shear stress of pipe wall increase with the increase of shear transformation ratio as line law, and the rate of grade of cure will decrease with the increase of shear transformation ratio.
    Although complete caudal sand cream-body of Jinchuan has thixotropy, it is not obvious.
    The pumpability of cream-body filling material is an integrated index of the pumping of cream-body filling material. The study of cream-body filling technology has achieved success in Jinchuan Corporation.
