PIN光接收器测试系统研究

摘要
PIN光接收器在光纤通信、国防军事等领域广泛应用,有极其重要的价值,其性能关系到应用系统的整体质量,因此须对其进行严格的性能检测。
     针对目前光接收器测试系统主要依赖于进口的现状,以及国内的迫切需求,本文研制了一套实用的光接收器测试系统,有较高的理论意义和实用价值。
     首先,阐述了本文的研究背景、目的和意义,介绍了PIN光接收器及其在激光测距中的应用状况。
     其次,对PIN光接收器测试系统研制的全过程进行介绍;重点论述了光学、机械结构的设计、激光光源、光纤的选择和应用以及自动测试和集中监控应用软件的集成和数据库软件的编制。
     之后,进行系统联调以及常温和高低温测试。对测试结果进行分析,得出影响光接收器性能的因素。
     最后对整个系统的性能进行分析,对存在的问题提出改进措施,为系统的进一步完善奠定基础。
PIN photo-detector is used extensively in fiber communication and national defense. It has crucial value, it's characteristics influence the quality of the whole system. So it needs to be tested strictly.
    Due to the urgent demand of domestic user and the fact that the test system of photo-detector is mainly imported from abroad, we developed a set of test system. It has great value of theory and utility.
    First, the background and significance of the project are introduced. The PIN photo-detector and its application in the laser measure are discussed.
    Second, the whole process of developing the test system is introduced. The design of optical structure , mechanical structure, laser, fiber, monitor software and database software are all presented in detail.
    Third, the process of debugging and test is introduced. The test results are analyzed and the factors influencing the characteristics of the photo-detector are discussed.
    Last, the performances of the whole system are analyzed. Some actions are taken to improve on the defects in order to perfect th'e system.
