浮选药剂TS在胶磷矿浮选中的应用研究

摘要
从二十年代以来,脂肪酸类捕收剂已经在磷矿石的浮选实践中得到应用,并且取得很好的浮选效果。为了降低药剂成本,人们一直在寻找有效的、廉价的、来源广的磷矿石捕收剂。为此,通过作一系列的对比试验发现,TS的浮选效果优于其它捕收剂,如油酸、油酸钠等。
     本论文采用TS作捕收剂,盐酸、硫酸、氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、聚丙稀酰胺、ARS等作调整剂,对磷矿石的浮选规律进行了研究。TS作捕收剂时,试验分两部分进行,一部分是单独采用TS作捕收剂,另一部分是采用TS和其它药剂组合捕收。
     纯矿物浮选试验研究表明:在自然PH值时,TS对胶磷矿和白云石均有捕收作用,白云石的上浮率大于胶磷矿的上浮率。但用酸(硫酸、磷酸等)将PH调整到弱酸性介质(PH<6)时,胶磷矿和白云石具有很好的选择性,能得到很好的分离,白云石上浮,胶磷矿受到抑制,即在弱酸性介质中胶磷矿的反浮选。TS与其它药剂组合用药能改善胶胶磷矿和白云石的分离效果,分别将TS与阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基磺酸钠、阳离子表面活性剂十二烷基胺、非离子表面活性剂烷醇酰胺、煤油组合捕收胶磷矿和白云石。其浮选效果均优于单独用药。通过矿物ξ-电位、紫外吸收光谱、红外光谱、洗涤试验的测定表明:TS和表面活性剂以物理和化学吸附,共吸附于矿物表面。
     用实际磷矿石进行验证的浮选试验结果表明:组合药剂TS加十二烷基磺酸钠和TS加烷醇酰胺不仅实际磷矿石的浮选回收率得到了改善,而且磷精矿的质量得到提高,证实了TS具有很好的工业应用前景。
Since 1920's, the collectors ot fatty acia nave alreaay been applied to the industry of the flotation of phosphate ores and effectively behavior. In order to decrease the cost of reagents, people have been looking for the more effective, cheaper and easy acquiring phosphate ores collector. So a seires of constract tests have shown that TS has a little better effect on the behavior of collecting than other collectors, for example, oleate, sodium oleate etc.
    In the paper it has studied that the regulation of phosphate ores flotation with hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate, calgon, polyacrylamide, alizarin red indicator as depression and with TS as a collector. The test includes that the single TS is used for collector and that the mixed reagents are used for collectors.
    The results of flotation test of the pure mineral show that TS can collect cellophane and dolomite in natural PH and the floating power of dolomite is stronger than cellophane's. But using acid to adjust pulp's PH<6, cellophane and dolomite have good selective separation . Dolomite float and collophane sink , i.e. reverse flotation in acid pulp. The mixed reageats of TS and other reagents can improve separate effect of collophane and dolomite. These mixed reageats are TS and anionic surface-active agent SDSO3, TS and anodic surface-active agent dodec.ylamine and TS and non-ion surface-active agent alkylolamide, liquid petroleum oil . Their floating effects are better than single TS's. The results of determination of Zeta-potential, the spectrum of UV adsorption and FT-IR and of washing test show that TS and promoter absorb on the mineral surface in the formation of physisorption and chemisorption.
    The results obtained from natural phosphate ores flotation tests have
    
    
    shown that flotation recovery has been improved, and the contents of P2O5 increasing and the contents of MgO decreasing in the concentrate, So TS has a very good industrial applied prospects.
