赛鸽人工孵化与哺育技术的研究

摘要
本文旨在研究赛鸽人工孵化和人工哺育技术,为提高孵化率、人工鸽乳的研制及人工哺育技术的推广提供基本资料,并对提高赛鸽产业的整体水平和综合效益,养鸽业持续、稳定发展提供科学依据。
     本论文包括两个部分:
     第一部分:为进一步提高赛鸽种蛋的孵化率,本研究对新鲜种蛋进行蛋质常规指标分析,并结合人工孵化试验,研究人工孵化条件及种蛋品质对孵化率的影响,进行孵化验证,结果表明:(1)温度为38.3℃,湿度孵化期为55~60%、岀雏期为60~65%条件下受精蛋孵化率显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。(2)在此条件下,种蛋以蛋品质指标标准来选择的试验组受精蛋孵化率比自然孵化组高2.26个百分点,差异显著(P<0.05)。
     第二部分:对自然鸽乳的常规成分进行分析的基础上,用常规饲料原料研制1-15日龄低蛋白基础人工鸽乳,并添加乳酸杆菌,研究了人工鸽乳与哺育技术对乳鸽生长性能、成活率、种鸽繁殖性能的影响。研究结果表明:(1)在整个试验期(1-15d),添加乳酸杆菌组日增重比基础人工鸽乳组分别提高122.4、89.02和50.68个百分点,差异极显著(P<0.01);其中添加7×108 CFU/ mL乳酸杆菌组日增重与自然哺育组差异不显著(P>0.05)。(2)在总体成活率上,添加乳酸杆菌组比基础人工哺组育分别提高46.6、33.3和20.0个百分点,差异显著(P<0.05);与自然哺育组差异显著(P<0.05)。(3)种鸽繁殖性能上,人工哺育组繁殖周期比自然哺育组缩短21天,其差异极显著(P<0.01)。
This paper aims to study the artificial incubation and hand-fed of match pigeons, to provide the basic document for improving the hatching rate, the artificial pigeon breast's development and the artificial nurture technology promotion .and to provide the scientific basis for improving the stable development and the overall level and the combined earnings of match pigeon's industry. this paper includes two parts:
     Part one:
     To further enhance the hatchability of match pigeon egg this study was carried out to analysis the conventional indicators of pigeon eggs, study the effects of environmental factors and quality of egg on the hatching rate .the results show that:
     1. Hatching rate is best When the temperature of 38.3℃, humidity of 55 -65%.
     2. Under this condition experimental group has higher hatching rate of 2.26 percentage than nature hatching group (P <0.05).
     Part two:
     Based on the analysis of natural milks conventional constituents, study the effect of 1-15 days with artificial milk artificial feeding pigeons on the pigeon growth performance, survival rate and pigeon breeding performance. The results show that the:
     1. the added Lactobacillus group increase the average daily gain by 122.4、89.02 and 50.68 percentage than the foundation milk substitute group (P<0.01).The differences of average daily gain between add 7×108 CFU / mL Lactobacillus group and artificial feeding group did not reached the significant point.
     2. The added Lactobacillus group increase the overall survival rate by 46.6、33.3 and 20.0 percentage, than the foundation milk substitute group(P <0.05).
     3. In the pigeon reproduction performance the artificial feeding group shorten the breeding cycle of 21-day than nature nurture group. the difference is significant.
