产品协同开发过程管理的关键技术研究

摘要
随着科学技术的不断进步以及人们对产品个性化要求的不断提高,现代产品的结构越来越复杂,功能越来越强大,技术含量也越来越高。传统的串行产品开发模式越来越不能满足现代产品开发的需要。因此,在信息化和数字化的今天,基于过程技术的跨组织、跨部门的多学科领域的产品协同开发方式越来越受到社会各界的关注。本论文结合江淮汽车股份公司产品全生命周期管理以及产品研发生命周期管理系统构建项目,对产品研发过程管理的相关理论和实现技术进行了系统的研究。
     论文首先对产品协同开发过程管理的概念、背景、国内外研究现状进行深入的研究,并在此基础上总结了产品协同开发过程管理的特点和需求,指出了目前该方向存在的不足,预测了产品协同开发过程管理的发展趋势,提炼了产品协同开发过程管理的关键技术,为全文的研究奠定了基础。
     产品协同开发过程规划是产品协同开发过程管理的基础。论文在深入分析产品协同开发过程规划的特点和需求的基础上,提出了基于多层DSM的产品协同开发过程规划方法。该方法能够有效避免产品开发过程的无效反复,缩短产品开发周期,提高产品开发质量,降低产品开发成本。
     产品协同开发任务调度是一个典型的基于约束的资源优化配置问题。论文在分析国内外学者在该领域的研究成果的基础上,指出了目前产品开发任务调度方法的不足,提出了基于多目标(时间、成本、质量)优化的产品协同开发任务调度方法。该方法能够使产品开发管理人员在找到产品开发时间、成本以及质量的平衡点的基础上,进行任务调度,得到优化调度的结果。该方法的研究内容主要包括:构建产品协同开发任务调度的多目标优化的数学模型;构建任务调度的综合指标结构模型,并选择各个指标的确定方法;提出基于混合微粒群算法的任务调度算法。
     产品协同开发过程建模是产品协同开发过程管理的重要环节,它既是产品开发人员交流的媒介,又是产品开发过程优化的基础,而且在产品协同开发过程监控中还起到“线索”作用,基于产品协同开发过程模型的过程监控方法能够使产品开发管理人员方便快捷地获取各方面的相关信息。论文在分析目前产品开发过程建模方法的基础上,指出了各种方法的不足,并在工流网的基础上通过扩展其构建元素的内部结构,形成了全息工作流网的过程建模方法,该建模方法的显著特点是全息,即它集成了产品开发过程的组织、时间、任务等各方面的信息,并能够很好地支持产品协同开发过程仿真,其仿真结果能够有效地支持产品协同开发过程的分析和优化。
     为了实现产品协同开发过程的计算机辅助管理,作者开发了基于项目管理模式的产品协同开发过程管理系统。该系统紧密结合过程管理的思想,把产品开发的过程管理作为其终极实现目标,最终完成产品开发过程链和产品配置的完美结合,实现产品开发过程和产品数据管理的无缝集成。
With the advancement of the science & technology and the improvement of customers' requirements, the structure of the modern products becomes more and more complex, and the functions become more and more powerful, and the technology becomes higher and higher. The mode of traditional product development can not meet the requirement of the modern product development any more. So today, the mode of multi-organizational and multidisciplinary product cooperative development based on the process technology is receiving more and more attention from industry. In this dissertation, the interrelated theory and implement technology are researched, sponsored by two projects (Accounting for Product Life-cycle Management and Developing Life-cycle Management System for Product Development) of Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Co., Ltd.
    First of all, the conceptions, background, internal and overseas status quo about the process management of product cooperative development are studied and analyzed in this dissertation, and then its characteristics and requirements are summarized, followed by the discussion on the deficiency, the progress trend and the key techniques in this area. All above form the basis for the study in this dissertation.
    The process planning of product cooperative development is the base of the process management of product cooperative development. So by analyzing the characteristics and requirements of the process planning of product cooperative development, a process planning method of product cooperative development based on multi-DSM is put forward. This method can avoid effectively the useless reiterations of product cooperative development, shorten the product development cycle, improve the development quality, and reduce the development cost.
    Task scheduling of product cooperative development is a typical resource optimal allocating problem based on constraints. After studying the related existing researches on such problem, a method of task scheduling of product cooperative development is advanced on the basis of multi-objective optimization. The research issues of this method include the mathematic modelling of task scheduling based on multi-objective, the modeling of structure of comprehensive evaluation indexes in task scheduling and the method for calculating the evalutation indexes, and a task scheduling algorithm of product cooperative development based on hybrid Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO).
    Process modeling of product cooperative development is very important for the process management of product cooperative development, which is not only the intermedium among the product developers, but also the base of process optimization and the key for process monitoring, the process monitoring mothed based on the model of the product cooperative development make developers and managers get all kinds of information easily. So a process modeling method based on Holographic Workflow-net is developed in this dissertation.
