用坚土酶和熟石灰粉煤灰加固土壤的研究

摘要
本文克服了坚土酶不耐水的缺点,采用其他合适的掺和料,设计正确的配合比,对大连常见的一种土壤进行了固化处理,使之能够直接应用于高等级路面的基层和底基层的建设。
     首先是对土壤和掺和料本身作了性质测试,并对所使用的稳定类型和相应的胶凝材料进行了探索性实验,实验结果表明使用坚土酶和熟石灰粉煤灰共同稳定方法最为有效。
     在定量实验中,确定了坚土酶、熟石灰、粉煤灰的含量,对其单独作用和复合作用进行了测试,并且最终确定了稳定混合料的最佳实验配比,然后在最佳配合比情况下测定混合料的各项指标,满足规范提出的要求,并结合X—衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析,阐述了试样的稳定和强度增长机理。最后测试了最佳配合比混合料的回弹模量,并进行了实际工程设计验算,证实了使用的可行性和优越性。
     本文是对新材料的应用作了前期探索性的工作,希望本文所做的工作可以为研究使用坚土酶固化土壤修建道路工作有所贡献。
The characteristics of common soils in Dalian are studied ,and enzyme X-22 which has been used well in the developed country such as USA and Canada and other stabilizers are mixed into soils, so that the mixture has the suitable properties to meet the requirement for the road base or road sub-base in the highway construction.
    With the experiments on the characteristics of soils and stabilizers, the types of stabilization and gelling materials, the experiment results show that the enzyme-white lime-fly ash-soil system is the most effective. After determining the properties of the enzyme X-22, white lime and fly ash, and testing the functions of the stabilizers, both single and together used, the most fitful mix ratio is determined. And then all kinds of the performance are tested and satisfy the requirement of the specification. The mechanism of stabilization and the strength creasing of the mixture are studied with the help of the results of XRD and SEM photos. The modulus of the mixture is also tested and checked by the engineering design.
    These studies explore the new method of the soil stabilization with the enzyme X-22 in China, and maybe benefit for the road construction in China.
