霍州煤电集团煤炭物流系统研究

摘要
山西省是我国最大、最重要的煤炭能源生产基地,既是产煤大省也是输煤大省。发展现代物流是煤炭流通体制改革的重要内容,是改变山西煤炭物流零、散、乱现状的必由之路,也是煤炭企业在新形势下获得企业核心竞争力的根本出路。
     霍州煤电集团公司是山西省三大煤炭基地之一的晋中基地内一个大型骨干煤矿,也是晋南最大的省属国有重点煤炭企业。煤炭产品的特点是数量巨大,对物流量的需求非常高,是我国进入社会物流量中数量最大的工业产品。同时煤炭生产本身就是一个完整的物流过程,煤炭企业的生产效率主要取决于物流的效率,物流管理成为制约原煤成本和煤炭企业整体经济效益的重要因素,研究煤炭物流的社会和经济意义十分重大。
     论文结合霍州煤电集团煤炭企业物流实际情况,以集团煤炭业务为研究对象,在对集团煤炭业务现状分析的基础上,结合对霍州煤电集团内外环境分析,以及国际环境变化对国内煤炭物流系统的影响,运用现代物流理论,重点阐述了物流采购、供应物流、销售物流、配送中心、物流信息系统和电子商务等6个关键环节。在对国内相同企业相同条件分析基础上与霍州煤电集团煤炭物流实际情况相对比,找出后者不合理之处,并提出改进建议。论文的最后运用模糊数学评判方法,建立指标体系,对煤电集团煤炭物流系统做出评判,验证了新系统的合理性。此外,评判体系的建立对煤炭运销企业创新运营模式起到一定的借鉴意义,推动煤炭物流系统进一步完善和发展。

May certainly get up through this research to the coal transportation and sale enterprise innovation operation pattern profits from the significance. Group Huozhou coal in Shanxi Province is one of the three major coal bases Jinzhong base, the backbone of a large-scale coal mines, but also provincial Jinnan biggest state-owned key coal enterprises. Product characteristics of coal are enormous quantity, the logistics needs a very high volume is the volume of our country into the society of logistics The largest quantity of industrial products. At the same time, coal production itself is a complete logistics process, the production efficiency of coal enterprises depends largely on the efficiency of logistics, logistics management has become constrained coal costs and the overall economic benefits of coal enterprises an important factor in research of coal's social and economic logistics of great significance.The present paper is unifies the Huozhou coal electricity group coal enterprise physical distribution actual situation to complete, take the group coal service as the object of study, to the group coal service present situation analysis's foundation, unifies to the Huozhou coal electricity group inside and outside the environment analysis, as well as the change in the international environment for domestic coal logistics systems,the utilization modern physical distribution theory, proposed the development coal modern physical distribution to group's importance, had pointed out the operation pattern's key link, elaborated in the physical distribution purchase, the supply physical distribution, the sales physical distribution, the allocation center, the physical distribution information system and electronic commerce with emphasis and so on 6 aspects.To the domestic same enterprise same condition analysis foundation in with the coal electricity group coal physical distribution actual situation relativity, discovers the latter unreasonable place, and puts forward the improvement proposal. The paper utilized the fuzzy mathematics judgment method, and seted up an index system,to make the judgment finally to the coal electricity group coal physical distribution system,.In addition, the evaluation system has confirmed the new system's rationality, coal logistics system to promote further improvement and development .
