基于CDN宽带流媒体业务支撑平台运营研究

摘要
基于CDN(content deliver network)的宽带流媒体业务支撑平台是运营和管理宽带流媒体业务的必要保障。本文以某信公司为例,根据市场需求以及中国网通集团的宽带战略规划,站在运营商业务可管理角度,着重从规划和建设一个可运营、可管理、有QOS(qulityof service)保证的电信级流媒体业务支撑平台方面入手,论述如何运用现代技术管理和业务管理手段,对网络视频业务进行资源的统一管理,从而实现某通信公司全省网络视频业务的可运营、可管理性,为方便用户使用、快速发展业务、形成规模收入奠定基础。
本文介绍了某网通公司建设的宽带视频运营平台的总体规划,对其中的VOD(video on demand)业务管理系统、内容认证计费系统、CDN内容分发系统进行了具体描述。并对某网通公司流媒体业务运营情况进行了分析,提出了一些建议,阐述了宽带视频运营平台建设的重要性,旨在提高运营商的技术创新能力和业务管理能力,从而增强企业的核心竞争力。
Broadband streaming media business support platform based on the CDN (content deliver network) ,which was the necessary guarantee to operate and manage broadband streaming media. This text with a branch of CNC for example, accorded to market need and broadband strategic plan of China Network Communications Corporation, from the angle of operating and anaging business, emphasized on planning and building up broadband streaming media support platform, it could be operated, managed and had the QOS (qulity of service) guarantee, discussed how to use the modern technique and business management means, carried out the network video resources under unified management, thus realized the branch of CNC company whole province network video business could be operated and managed, established foundation for convenient for customer, developing business and becoming scale income.
This text introduced the broadband streaming media support platform of a branch of CNC, described the function of VOD business management system, content authentication and accounting system, CDN content distributed system., and analyzed the situation of a branch of CNC streaming media business operating after building up the platform, put forward some improved suggestion. The target was improved the operator's technique creative ability and business manage ability, strengthened the core-competitiveness of enterprise.
