基于作战文书的标图系统设计与实现

摘要
军事标图作业和作战文书处理是军事行动的重要内容。针对参谋人员在军事行动实施过程中经常要在作战文书和作战标图两种形式之间进行转换作业的实际,本文以自然语言理解理论和技术为基础,对基于指挥作业开发平台的作战文书的标图系统进行了深入的研究,提出了基于智能模板的作战文书的标图系统的实现方法。
     本文从军事行动对作战文书的标图需求出发,介绍了军语、军用文书、军队标号、军事标图的有关知识和特点,讨论了自然语言理解的关键技术,并针对作战文书的特点,提出了一种用于描述标图信息的中间语言,并对作战文书进行了格式化模板设计。
     本文提出了基于计算语言学的相关理论,针对实现作战文书的标图关键在于构建定义良好的标图语义库,而提取语义的关键则是分析作战文书结构对作战文书建模的特点。结合作战文书句式结构相对固定和相对简单的特点,建立了作战文书的模型,同时给出了构建作战文书标图语义库的策略和方法。在此基础上,构建了作战文书标图语义库和具有自学习和自动匹配功能的智能模板,以智能模板作为作战文书的标图桥梁来实现自动标图。
     最后指出了本课题下一步需要完成的工作,并对本课题今后发展的方向作了简单的探讨。
The military cartography and warfare writ are critical to the military actions. Since that the advisors often conduct the conversion between the warfare writ and warfare cartography during military action, the deep study is made here for the control operation development platform-based warfare writ and cartography systems based on the theories and technologies of natural language understanding. The implementation method of the warfare writ and cartography systems based on the intelligent modules is brought forward.
     Based on the requirements of the military action on the warfare writ and cartography, the knowledge and features related to the military term, writ, symbol and cartography are described, and the key technologies of the natural language understanding are discussed. The intermediate language for description of the cartography is brought forward and the formatter of the warfare writ is designed in consideration of the features of the warfare writ.
     The related theories based on the computational linguistics are brought forward in this paper. The key point of achieving the warfare writ and cartography is to create the semantic knowledge base with good definitions, but that of the semantics extraction is to analyze the features of the warfare writ structures on modeling. Combining with the relative stableness and simplification of the sentence structures of warfare writ, the models of the warfare writ are created. In addition, the strategies and methods of establishing the semantic knowledge bases of the warfare writ and cartography are given. On this basis, the intelligent models which combine the cartography semantic knowledge base of the warfare writ featured with the self study and auto match are created with the technologies. The intelligent models are taken as the bridges of the warfare writ and cartography to achieve the automatic cartography.
     Finally, the further tasks needed are given in this paper and the further development is discussed here.
