基于熵理论的农超对接模式下果蔬供应链脆性研究

摘要
农超对接模式下果蔬供应链是一般模式下果蔬供应链减少中间坏节并进行供应链有效整合的一种新型果蔬供应链模式。随着我国经济的高速发展,人们生活水平逐渐提高,人们对果蔬农产品的质量要求越来越高,农超对接模式的应用越来越受到重视。
     农超对接的关键是对供应链资源的有效整合,其运营效率的高低主要取决于供应链资源能否达到最优配置,而深入了解供应链脆性的内涵,对供应链脆性进行定性定量的分析,有助于识别和规避供应链脆性风险,以最小的供应链脆性风险损失获得最优的供应链资源配置,是保证农超对接模式在果蔬供应链领域高效运营的根本。
     本文从一般模式下果蔬供应链和农超对接模式下果蔬供应链现状的对比分析入手,在客观分析农超对接模式下果蔬供应链的运作过程及其优点的基础上,进一步定性分析农超对接模式下果蔬供应链的脆性,对农超对接模式下果蔬供应链脆性的内涵和结构以及整体脆性度和脆性关联度进行详细阐述。然后利用熵理论,对农超对接模式下果蔬供应链脆性进行数学建模,并以WM超市为例进行算例分析,定量求解农超对接模式下果蔬供应链的整体脆性度以及各子系统之间的脆性关联度,并结合熵理论和WM超市农超对接模式下果蔬供应链的算例分析结果,为WM超市提出农超对接模式下果蔬供应链脆性风险规避对策,使理论在实践中应用。
Farming-Supermarket Docking supply chain of the fruits and vegetables is one kind of new supply chain of the fruits and vegetables that reduce the intermediate link and integrate the supply chain. With the high development of the economic in our country, the standard of living of our people have improved gradually, and the more needs for the quality of the fruits and vegetables, and more attentions have been given to the apply of the Farming-Supermarket Docking.
     The key to the Farming-Supermarket Docking is the integration of the common supply chain; the efficiency is decided by whether the resource of the supply chain has gotten the optimal situation. While good understand of the brittleness of the supply chain, qualitative and quantitative analysis to the brittleness of the supply chain, is help to distinguish and avoid the risk of the brittleness, so that we can get the best resource with the lowest lost. And this is the base to keep the Farming-Supermarket Docking going effectively in the area of the supply chain of the fruits and vegetables.
     This dissertation proceeds with identifying the differences between the common supply chain and Farming-Supermarket Docking supply chain of the fruits and vegetables. In this condition, I get a deep understand about the process of Farming-Supermarket Docking supply chain of the fruits and vegetables and the predominance of Farming-Supermarket Docking. Then I qualitatively analyze the brittleness of Farming-Supermarket Docking supply chain of the fruits and vegetables. And I set forth the signification and the configuration of the brittleness of Farming-Supermarket Docking supply chain of the fruits and vegetables, as well as the concept of the whole brittleness and the conjunction of the brittleness. What's more, I introduce the entropy theory to develop a mathematical model on the brittleness of Farming-Supermarket Docking supply chain of the fruits and vegetables. Then I set an example of WM supermarket to compute the result of its whole brittleness and the conjunction of the brittleness among the parts. According the results, I put forward a corresponding scheme to avoid the risks resulted in the brittleness of Farming-Supermarket Docking supply chain of the fruits and vegetables in WM supermarket, so that the result of the dissertation can be used in practice.
