有线电视前端多画面监测报警系统的设计与实现

摘要
如今各级电视台的广播电视节目多达上百套,广播电视已经深入到社会的各个角落。为保证电视节目在播出过程中不被非法信号插播或干扰,不出现断播等情况,广电部门需要及时的对电视信号进行实时监测。经过长时间的努力,我们将多种新技术与广播电视技术相结合,由此设计出这样一套有线电视前端多画面监测报警系统,以协助广播电视监测人员更好的防止播出故障及非法信号的入侵。
     本文首先综述了电视信号自动监测技术的发展历程,对国内外现状以及发展趋势进行了介绍,给出了本监测系统的主要研究内容。其次,对系统的总体方案进行设计,并描述了各个子系统的功能。然后,对系统的关键技术包括电视节目中常见的静帧黑场故障的诊断技术、数字图像匹配技术进行了分析,还对监测系统中分屏显示的新技术要点做出了详细探讨,并给出实际的技术解决方案。最后展示了系统的进行结果,并指出系统存在的不足及下一步的研究方向。
     本系统的软件开发是基于海康威视DS-40XXHC视音频压缩卡在windows平台上和vc++6.0环境下进行的设计开发。系统主要是针对模拟电视信号进行监测,研究有线电视多画面监测报警系统的设计与实现,为电视台的多路模拟电视节目提供多画面显示、实时监测、报警等问题的解决方案。本系统在实现对电视信号内容及质量的监测的同时,还具有多路信号多画面同屏显示、语音报警、硬盘录像等辅助功能。系统采用数字图像分块匹配技术监测视频图像的内容,对电视台标的异常情况进行报警。在实现多画面同屏显示时,系统提出了多画面等比例分屏算法,达到分屏的“自动”和“手动”相结合,提高了画面的可扩展性和合理性。在实现硬盘录像的时,系统可以实现提前录像的功能。系统在实际的运行环境上运行后,结果表明系统达到实用要求。
There are more than hundreds channels in various different levels, which cover across China. For preventing the interruptions by the unapproved broadcasting program, the Broadcasting and Television administration must supervise the signals on time. After the efforts in a long time, we combined the various latest skills and the broadcasting and television skills based on which we design an early supervising system for multi-frames in cable TV which is helpful to the supervisors preventing the defaults and intruding by the unapproved broadcasting program.
     This paper begins with an introduction to the development of the automatic supervising the television signal and the situation within China and the trend in the world. Following that it is discussing the general idea for the designing and the functions in the sub-systems. Then analyzing the critical skills including how to deal with the troubles such like stagnate screen, silence frame and how to deal with them, also probing the latest skills for the displaying in separated screens. As a conclusion showing the system's proceeding.
     This development of the software is based on the VF (model Haikangweishi DS-40XXHC) in the Windows desktop with vc++6.0. The system mainly focuses on supervising the analog television signal and probing the supervision and alarm for cable TV in multi-frame, its design and applying, and providing the display in multi-frame with analog signal, simultaneous supervision and alarm. When supervising the content and the quality of the showing program, the system also provides many supporting function such like multi-signals displaying in the same screen, video record in the disk and audio alarm. The system supervises the video frequency with the division and match of the digital pictures and send the alarm for the unusual television station's icon. When displaying the multi-frame in the same screen, the system provides the calculating for the division of the screen with constant ratio in the multi-frame, so the division of the screen can be auto or manual and the frame can be expanded much more and reasonably. The system provide with the early video recording when the disk video recording available. When applying this system in the practical program it proved that it is successful.
