区域交通运行效率分析及规模适应性研究

摘要
研究区域交通、区域经济和自然环境的相互作用关系,分析区域交通的运行效率及其影响因素,确定区域交通合理规模及其适应性,可以更好地把握区域交通的发展规律,为区域社会经济发展服务。
     通过选择区域经济和区域交通的主要指标,采用灰色关联分析的方法比较其关联度的大小,可以定量描述区域交通与区域经济的相互作用关系大小,区分不同交通方式对区域经济的影响差异,找出区域经济与区域交通相互影响的关键因素,改进定性分析区域交通与区域经济相互关系没有量化的缺陷。
     区域交通运行效率和合理规模受多种因素影响。根据灰色关联分析筛选出的区域交通与区域经济的主要因素,采用DEA方法计算区域交通及其各种交通方式的运行效率,分析区域交通与区域经济的相互投入产出效率。根据区域交通及其各种交通方式的运行效率变化,结合传统区域交通规模计算方法,得出区域交通合理规模,判断区域实际交通规模与社会经济需求的适应性,为区域交通决策提供参考。
     相关实证说明,区域交通服务能力的提高不仅要依靠区域交通规模的扩大,更要依靠区域交通运行效率的提高;大规模交通基础设施建设带来了区域交通规模适应性的提高但并没有带来明显的交通运行效率提升。
     研究结论表明,区域交通未来发展不仅要关注交通规模的扩张,更应该关注区域交通运行效率的提高,走集约化、可持续发展的道路。
Research on the interactions and the relationship between regional traffic, regional economy and natural environment, to analysis operation efficiency and its affecting factors of regional traffic, to determine the scale and the adaptability of regional traffic, better grasp of the law of the common development of the regional economy and regional traffic.
     By selecting the key indicators of the regional economy and regional traffic, using gray relation analysis method to compare the size of relation degree, can quantitatively describe the relationship of the regional traffic and regional economic, to distinguish effect sizes between different modes of traffic and regional economic, to find out the key factors of influence each other between regional economy and regional traffic, improved the defect that the qualitative analysis of the mutual relations between regional traffic and regional economic did not quantify.
     The operation efficiency of regional traffic and reasonable scale is affected by many factors. According to the key factors of the regional traffic and regional economic screened through the gray relation analysis, DEA method was used to analyze the efficiency of the regional traffic and the different modes of the regional traffic, to analyze the input-output efficiencyof regional traffic and regional economic.According to the operation efficiency changes of regional traffic and the different modes of the regional traffic, combining with traditional calculation method of scale of regional traffic, we could get a reasonable scale for regional traffic, judge the scale adaptability of the existing regional traffic with the needs of regional economy and provide reference for regional traffic decision making.
     Relevant empirical evidence, the regional traffic service ability not only depends on the expansion of regional transportation scale, but also the regional traffic efficiency; the large-scale transport infrastructure construction has brought a regional transportation scale adaptability improvement but not obvious transportation efficiency.
     Research findings show that the development of regional traffic needs not only to pay attention to traffic scale but also the regional traffic efficiency, follow the intensive path of development.
