玉溪红塔集团101自动化物流系统研究改进及实现

摘要
自动化物流系统是一种具有显著社会效益和经济效益的现代化企业可持续发展模式,它将成为21世纪制造业的一个重要特征。但由于自动化物流系统在我国起步较晚,对自动化物流系统中的AGV、AS/RS两大主要组成部分的研究,目前还大多停留在认识研究及消化吸收的阶段,或有的研究还局限于某一方面技术或理论上的探讨。缺乏对它们进行系统性、综合性的研究,也缺乏结合企业实际情况而进行的深入研究。
     本课题是在玉溪红塔集团生产一部等部门的支持下,针对101自动化物流系统中存在的一系列问题和缺陷,紧紧围绕集团“提质创新,节能降耗”的方针,本着抓好物流管理,为企业服务好的宗旨,进行全面和系统的研究,找出并解决该套自动化物流系统中存在的问题和缺陷。(1)论文论述了自动化物流系统的国内外现状及发展趋势,自动化物流的相关概念及各类相关知识;(2)根据101生产所需的物料特点,结合物流系统情况,对托盘进行了选型设计,同时对各类物料的堆码方式,也通过比较的方法来进行研究,以达到堆码合理、稳固的目的;(3)基于101自动化物流系统中AGV系统存在着运行效率低的问题,先根据路径规划原则,应用统筹方法,对AGV行驶路径进行了研究,得到规划化路径方案,接着结合AGV调度管理方法的缺陷,对其进行了研究,并加以改进,最后再对辅料的请求管理进行了全面的探讨,以此来提高AGV系统的运行效率。(4)针对101自动化物流系统中AS/RS系统运行效率低、成品损耗严重的问题,首先在库存模式的研究中考虑新增频次原则,以此来提高堆垛机的运行效率,而对输送机系统则通过研究、分析,运用比较的方法,并进行更换链条或各种改进以达到输送机物流平衡、稳定、降低损耗;又对AS/RS ECS和仓库管理系统(IMS)各项功能的完善以及改进,以实现操作便捷,达到节省时间,提高工作效率的目的。
     经过以上的各种研究及改进,最终实现该套自动化物流系统安全、高效、稳定运行的目的。
Automatic logistics system is a sustainable development modern enterprise, which take on notable social and economic benefits, and will become an important characteristic of manufacturing industry in the 21th century. Since Automatic logistics system is a new concepts, the relevant researches of AGV system and AS/RS system still rest on the discussion of concepts and probing phases, some researches are mainly located in some special techniques or theories, and lack of systematic, synthetic researches. Which also lack of deeply research that combine with the enterprise realities.
    With the support of the first manufacturing shop of YuXi Hongta Group, this project will lucubrate the 101 automatic logistics system of Hongta group, which revolves around the group policy of improving quality, bringing front new ideas and reducing expense to manage the logistics management and do better to the enterprise, doing comprehensive and systematic researches, seeking out and solving a series of flaws and questions of the 101 automatic logistics system. (l)This project will discuss internal and external present conditions, development divection, interrelated concepts and knowledge of automatic logistics system. (2)According to the materials characteristic, in connection with the conditions of automatic logistics system, I will model the pallet and hold a synthetical research on all kinds of materials stacking patterns to achieve stacking equitably and steadily. (3) In connection with the AGV system of 101 automatic logistics system runs in a low efficiency. According to the path programming principle, using over-all planning method, this project will study and plan the AGV moving path, this project will study , improve the AGV dispatching management method and discuss the sub-materials management questions thoroughly to make the AGV system run well.(4) In connection with the AS/RS system runs in a low efficiency and wastes end-product questions, we will think of adding frequency principles to the research of stacking model to make the stacker run in a high efficiency. Through studying, analyzing and comparing methods, this make the machine carry materials safely, steadily and reduce wastage. We will also optimize and improve AS/RS system, ECS system and warehouse system, making them operate facilely to save time and enhance working efficiency.
    Rely on the researches and improvement above, finally all these make the automatic logistics system move safely, steadily and efficiently.
