地方特色大米产业创新发展研究

摘要
特色大米产业的创新和发展对国家和地区的经济产生了巨大的推动作用,特别是在发展中国家和地区,更是将其作为促进经济增长的首选方式。因此,针对特色大米产业创新发展的相关关键因素的分析、识别、相互的关系以及作用机理的研究就更具有积极的现实意义,能够为产业创新发展提供理论指导和决策支持。产业创新是指某一项技术创新或形成一个新的产业,或对一个产业进行彻底改造。产业创新在许多情况下,并不是一个企业的创新行为或者结果,而是一个企业群体的创新集合。所以,产业创新过程会表现出复杂系统所特有的多主体性、不确定性、涌现性、层次性等特性。特色大米产业创新的研究,目前还是成果较少,处于起步阶段,无论是产业创新的理论框架、研究的路径和方法都在探索之中。本论文以产业创新的最新研究成果为基础,结合复杂性理论,对特色大米产业创新进行了较全面和深入的研究。
     论文以特色大米产业创新为研究的对象,首先界定了特色大米产业创新的概念,然后结合产业创新的复杂性特征,构建了我国特色大米产业创新模式。在此基础上,通过对五常市特色大米的实证调查和分析,选取出了8个显著影响特色大米创新的关键因素,并且对这8个关键影响因素所包含的子因素对特色大米产业创新的作用,也进行了深入的探讨,并对它们的影响作用的程度进行了定性和定量的评价。
     论文选取五常市特色大米产业创新的关键影响因素后,在AMOS7.0软件平台上构建了结构方程模型,通过模型运算,从定量分析的角度,探究了关键影响因素和产业创新之间的作用路径关系,以及推动产业创新发展的内在机理。
     论文在对五常市特色大米产业创新的理论研究框架构建完成之后,运用这个研究的架构,对五常市特色大米创新状况做了广泛而深入地分析,揭示了五常市特色大米产业创新发展的规律,并由此提出了大力促进五常市特色大米产业创新发展的战略对策。
     论文的研究成果在于从复杂系统的角度,探究了促进产业创新不断涌现的关键影响因素,并用结构方程模型对这些关键影响因素相互作用机理的路径进行了模拟推导,建立了一个基于创新理论和实证分析的五常市特色大米产业创新的研究体系。
Innovative development of industrial for the local characteristic rice has a huge economic impetus. Particularly in developing countries and regions, it has been the preferred way to promote economic growth. Therefore, studying innovation and development has positive practical significance, and is able to provide theoretical guidance and decision support. Going along with the evolution of argriculture, industrial innovation is formed by a number of auxiliary services institutions, enterprises and organizations, which produce the developed or similar products in a particular cluster region. These enterprises, institutions and organizations interact and inter-depend, and then form a complex social system.The innovation of industrial innovation appear multi-agent, uncertainty, emergency and hierarchy. At present innovation of industrial local rice still hasn't many results and in the initial stage. The theoretical structure, paths and research methods of innovation of industrial local rice are still in exploration. On the basis of the latest research results of innovation of industrial local rice and combining the research methods of complex systems, the paper studies the innovation of industrial local rice from a deep and full aspect.
     Targeted on the innovation of industrial local rice the paper firstly defines the concept of innovation of industrial local rice, then combining the character of complexity of industrial local rice it builds up the frame of innovation of industrial local rice. Under this research frame it emphasizes the analysis and research on the innovation of industrial local rice in theory from the aspect of the emergency and self-adaptation of complex system and the sources of complexity of the innovation of industrial local rice. On this basis through the demonstration research and analysis of the innovation of industrial local rice, it identifies8key influential factors of the innovation of industrial local rice. It also deeply studies the role of the sub-factors included in the8key influential factors on the innovation of industrial local rice, and appreciates the extent of their influences in qualitative and quantitative.
     After the analysis and evaluation for the key influential factors of industrial local rice innovation and development, the paper constructed the structural functional model on the AMOS7.0platform. Based on the calculation, from the perspective of quantitative analysis, the paper studied the interaction path relations between the key influential factors and industrial local rice innovation and development. The inside mechanism promoting the new development of the innovation of industrial local rice was discussed as well.
     After building up the theoretical research framework of the innovation of industrial local rice, the paper makes use of this research framework to analyzed the current situation of Wuchang industrial local rice innovation and development deeply and broadly, and showed the mechanism and rules of the development of industrial local rice innovation and development, finally proposed the strategic counter measures to promote the development of industrial local rice innovation and development.
     The research results of this paper, lie in that from the angel perspective of complex system, studied the key influential factors that arouse the continuous emergency of the innovation of industrial local rice, simulated the derives of the interaction path containing these key influential factors by using structural equation model, and built up the research system of industrial local rice innovation and development on the basis of innovation theory and demonstration analysis.
