沥青混合料再生利用研究

摘要
沥青混合料的再生利用,在国内还是一个崭新的课题。
     本文通过对沥青再生机理的分析,探明了沥青再生的科学途径。经过多次反复试验,成功开发出了新型老化沥青再生剂与老化沥青改性剂。
     根据乳化沥青再生沥青混合料(EARM)与水泥-乳化沥青再生沥青混合料(CEARM)的技术特点,分析了它们的组成结构,并研究了它们的强度形成机理。
     本文以旧路改造工程为依托,对冷再生沥青混合料(CRM)的性能和设计方法进行了深入的试验研究,大量的试验结果表明冷再生沥青混合料的性能与旧料的掺配率有很大关系。提出了EARM初始强度、成型强度、水稳性的试验方法、评价指标、技术标准与配合比设计方法。研究了CEARM的配合比设计。并探讨了冷再生沥青混合料的施工工艺。
     最后对冷再生沥青混合料的技术性能与经济效益进行了分析。
It is a new topic on the recycling of asphalt mixture presently in China.
    This paper, through the analysis of asphalt recycling mechanism, a scientific approach of asphalt recycling is proved up. New recycling agent and modifying addition agent have been exploited successfully by many tests.
    Based on the technological characters of emulsified asphalt recycled mixture (EARM) and cement-emulsified asphalt recycled mixture (CEARM), this paper analyzed its composition structure and studied its mechanism of strength.
    This paper, based on an old pavement projects, the performance and design method of cold recycled mixture (CRM) of asphalt pavement have been studied by many tests. The test results show that the performance of cold recycled mixture is dependent mostly on the proportion of old mixture. It proposed evaluation methods and evaluation guideline and standard of EARM on the initial strength, workability, formed strength and water stability through a lot of experiments. And a new design method of EARM has also been proposed. CEARM design method has been studied. Construction technics of CRM has been probed into.
    It also analyzed the technique property, economical and social results of cold recycled mixture of asphalt pavement.
