摘要
便携式媒体播放器(PMP)是今年被讨论最多的一个话题。PMP播放器的优点很多,它能够直接播放高品质视频、音频,也可以浏览图片以及作为移动硬盘、数字银行使用,更有产品还具备一些十分新颖、实用的功能。
     PMP将更类似于便携式数字音乐播放器和个人视频录像机(PVR)的发展路线。我们看到手机正在以惊人的速度集成视频、成像等功能,但外形尺寸(屏幕大小)、成本(硬盘和更大的LCD屏)以及电池工作时间等问题将使人们需要一个独立的PMP设备。
     2005年是中国PMP发展元年。除了一些老牌的数码消费类产品制造商开始介入PMP市场外,还有众多谋求新产品突破的制造商、代理商,甚至贸易商开始杀入PMP市场,或想通过PMP这个中国市场的“当红小生”异军突出,创造数码品牌新贵,或想通过OEM方式靠量起家,寻求新的利润增长点。中国的PMP市场随着众多商家的蜂拥而入,已经开始呈现勃勃生机。
     目前,推出PMP处理器和解决方案的半导体供应商多达十几家。本文在介绍了PMP的发展之后,详细讨论了利用凌阳的视频解码芯片SPCA536进行PMP设计的方案。
     本文共分五个部分。第一章提出了课题来源,研究背景、目的以及意图,讨论了课题研究的现状,并概述了课题研究的内容。第二章是整个系统的设计方案,包括系统功能需求,总体设计方案以及系统总体架构的设计。第三章是硬件设计部分,包括接口说明,功能分析以及各个模块的电路设计思想,包括视频系统、音频系统、存储器设计、电源管理以及视频输入。第四章是软件设计方案部分,包括了系统的软件构架,并根据软件构架详细讨论了UCOS-Ⅱ的移植和MICROWINDOWS的移植方法,系统固件的设计方案,最后给出了几个主要模块的程序设计伪代码。第五章是结束语,对全文做出了总结,提出了项目完成后的心得体会以及进一步工作展望。
     市场证明,本设计方案支持的视频音频格式较多,软件和硬件稳定性都很高,操作简便,功耗很小,价格低廉,很好的满足了市场的需求,达到了预期的设计目的。
The portable multimedia player(PMP) is a hot topic that is discussed mostly. PMP player has many merits, it is able to play high_quality video and audio files, it is can also browse photographs and be used as mobile hard drive or digital bank. Many products also have many new and applied functions.
     PMP will mostly abey the developing routin like portable digital audio player and personal video recorder. We can see the striking speed of cellphone the integrate video and DV function, but many problems such as dimension(screen size), cost (hard disk and bigger LCD screen) and the time that battery can surpply will make people need a independent PMP device.
     China begin it's PMP development in 2005. Excpet some old digital consume production compay, more manufacturers, agents and merchants who are eager for new productions begin to rush into the PMP market. They also want to make money through the PMP, which is the hot project in the marker of china and make some new brands of digital products. Anyway, the PMP maket of china is bursting with the involving of numerous manufacturers.
     Nowadays, more than ten semiconductors suppliers issue PMP processor and solution project. And after the introduce of the developing of PMP, this article discuss the PMP resolution which use one kind of video decorder chip named SPCA536 that is producede by Sunplus.
     There are five parts of this article. The first chapter raise the source of this problem, the background and the purpose of this research. The second chapter is the whole scheme of the system, including the function and the feature of the CODEC. The third chapter is the hardware designing, including introduction of interface, how to control the MCU, peripheral device, RISC engine, MPEG/JEPG engine, controlling of DRAM and the circuit diagram of each module. The fourth chapter is the software designing, including software frame, we still particularly discussed the measure that transplante the UCOS-Ⅱand MICROWINDOWS. at last we give some pseudocodes of some major modules. The last chapter is the summarize of this article, including the experience and the expectation of the further work.
     Market can prove that this kind of solution support a lot of format of audio, have high stability, operation is convenient, power consumption is limited, and the price is low, this solution fully satisfied the demand of the market, and achieve the expected design purpose.
