变电生产管理信息化系统的研究和应用

摘要
为了满足规模日益扩大,结构日趋复杂的电网发展需求,进一步提高变电生产管理水平,建设一套较为完整的立足于电力生产管理实际、服务和指导生产的变电生产管理信息系统具有十分重要的意义。
     结合济南供电公司变电生产管理的实际,我们从基础台帐资料管理入手,设计了一套以生产管理流程为核心,以变电一次图为主要表现形式,以地理信息为展现界面的变电生产管理系统。系统通过图形与数据相结合,实现变电属性数据、管理数据可视化,实现变电生产管理信息化,从而指导变电运行管理。
     同时,系统采用统一缺陷标准库、试验报表、标准化设备台帐、运行检修一体化以及统一的工作流程管理,保证了生产业务和技术标准的一致和规范。
     论文从需求分析入手,从主要功能、框架结构、界面、具体实现、开发平台和运行环境等多个方面完成了对系统的总体研究和描述。将系统分成设备台帐管理、变电一次图管理、变电运行检修管理、统计查询和权限管理五个功能模块进行详细描述。该系统使用Delphy和VC++6.0技术进行系统开发,采用C/S分布式多层体系结构。本文着重描述了系统各个功能模块的设计思想和技术要点,并对各个模块的功能进行了详细的说明。
     本系统目前已经在在济南供电公司推广应用。实践表明,系统功能丰富,易于使用。该系统的投入使用,大大优化了生产管理流程,减少了事务性工作,提高了管理质量,最大限度地实现了信息共享,使信息化建设和生产管理得到真正的结合,实现了规范化的业务管理,有效提高工作效率,同时也为管理层提供强大的综合查询、统计分析等功能,为生产专业分析、客观地考核评价企业以及领导决策分析提供了依据。
In order to satisfy the power grid development demands of the increasing scale and the increasingly complex structure, and to further improve the transformation production management level, it is of great significance to build a more complete Transformation Production Management Information System based on the actual electricity production management, service and production guidance.
     Combining the actual transformation production management of Jinan Power Supply Company, we start with the basic Machine Account Information management and design a Transformation Production Management Information System based on the production management flow at the core, the primary transformation diagram being the main form and the geographic information showing the interface. Through the combination of graphics and data, the system realizes the visualization of transformation attribute data and management data, and the informationization of transformation production management, then guides the transformation operation management.
     To ensure the consistency and criterion of production and technical standards, the system simultaneously introduces the uniform Defects Standard Library, experimental report forms, the standard equipment for Machine Account, the integrative operation overhaul and the uniform workflow management.
     Following the analysis of demands, this paper realizes the overall research and description of the system in many aspects, such as the main function, the frame structure, the interface, the concrete realization, the development platform and the operating environment. The system is divided into five functional modules including the Machine Account management of equipments, the management of primary transformation diagram, the management of transformation operation overhaul, the statistical inquiries and authority management, which are described in detail. The system is developed by Delphy and VC++ 6.0 technology, and introduces C/S Distributed Multilayer Architecture. This paper focuses on the design thinking and technical points of each function module, and describes the functions of each module in detail.
     The system has already applied and promoted in Jinan Power Supply Company. The practice shows that the system has rich functions and is easy to be operated. Following the application of the system, it greatly optimizes the production management process, reduces the work based on business, improves the quality of management, maximizes the sharing of information, really combines the information development and production management, realizes the standard business management, effectively increases the working efficiency, provides the powerful integrated query and statistical analysis functions for the management level and establish the foundation for the analysis of the production profession, the objective assessment of the enterprise and the decision analysis of the leadership.
