基于GPRS的远程电力计量监测系统的研究

摘要
随着我国信息自动化技术的普及,人工超表的方式显得日益落伍,用信息自动化技术进行抄表方式的改造,势在必行。但是我国10KV以下的电力网络,由于其主要分布在城市市区内,不仅地理分布复杂而且数量众多。以往采用的诸如:电力载波通讯、电话网络通讯、RS485、光缆通讯、局部无线通讯等,或多或少存在着一些弊病,如:电话通讯系统速度缓慢;光缆通讯方式造价高、施工困难等。因此在10 KV以下电力网络中,实时数据监测网络基本上没有得到真正的形成。但是随着近几年移动通讯的发展,中国移动公司的GPRS网络通讯为10KV以下的电力实时监测网络的形成提供了强有力的通讯平台。
     本论文就是针对我国目前10KV以下电力网络系统的特点,利用GPRS网络、数据库技术和网络技术,给出了一种基于GPRS的远程电力计量监测系统的总体设计方案,并着重对本系统中数据采集点和出帐客户端软件两大部分进行了研究。在本论文第3章中介绍了系统的组成和数据采集点的具体设计,在第5章中介绍了系统数据库的设计,在第6章中介绍了出帐客户端软件开发过程中涉及到的主要技术的实现以及主要的处理流程,最后还提到在开发远程电力计量监测系统过程中几个所要特别关注的问题。
Along with the popularization of information automation technology, artificialsuper-table approach is increasingly outdated. Using automated meter reading technologyfor the transformation is an inevitable way. However, following our methol ofHot-switching for 10KV power network, the main city in the urban area, not only the largenumber of complicated geographical distribution. Electricity used in the past such as:telephone network communications, RS485, cable communications, local wirelesscommunications. There are some drawbacks more or less, for example, the slow pace oftelephone communication systems; Cable communications costs, Construction difficulties.In power network under 10KV, real-time data monitoring network basically has no realshape. But in recent years, as the development of mobile communications, China Mobile'sGPRS network communication network has formed strong platform for real-timemonitoring under 10KV.
     This paper aims at characteristics of the current Methol of Hot-switching systems withpower under 10KV. Using the GPRS network, database and network technology, the papergives a GPRS-based remote monitoring system for measuring the electrical designprogram. And focused on the data acquisition system it has point out the two most accountsClient software for the study. In this paper Chapter 3, the author introduces a dataacquisition system and the design of the specific points. In Chapter 5 the database design,and in Chapter 6 out of the accounts of clients are involved in the software developmentprocess and technology to achieve the main treatment process. Finally mentioned in thecourse are several issues particularly concerned on in the development of a long-rangemonitoring system.
