九十年代“台独”分裂活动特点与中共反对“台独”斗争及经验

摘要
九十年代以来，台湾岛内的“台独”分裂活动日益猖獗，并且呈现出新的特点。中国共产党和中国政府为维护祖国主权与领土完整，坚决反对任何形式的分裂言行。与“台独”分裂势力进行了坚决的斗争，也总结了反对“台独”分裂活动斗争的经验。
全文共分三个部分。第一部分阐述九十年代以来“台独”分裂活动的主要五个特点。一、“土洋”合流；二、朝野媾和；三、体制外向体制内转变；四、“台独”披上民主的外衣；五“台独”与省籍矛盾交织在一起。分析指出：无论“台独”分裂活动表现形式如何不同，其分裂祖国的本质是相同的。
第二部分全面阐述了中国共产党反对“台独”分裂活动的斗争。一、在政治上坚决反对任何形式的“台独”，对幕后操纵者进行批判；二、开展经济领域的合作，加强贸易，促进“三通”，共同繁荣；三、加强两岸交往，增强民族凝聚力；四、中国人民解放军在东海、南海海域进行的军事演习；五、国际事务中坚持“一个中国”原则，反对外国势力插手台湾问题，反对将台湾问题国际化。
第三部分总结了中国共产党反对“台独”分裂活动斗争的经验。一、坚持“和平统一、一国两制”的基本方针；二、以经促政，以通促统；三、不承诺放弃武力；四、抨击外国干涉势力，遏制“台独”在国际社会的活动；五、寄希望于台湾人民。
文章最后指出，实现祖国统一，是包括台湾人民在内的全体中国人民的共同心愿。两岸台胞应团结一致，反对一切分裂图谋，共同维护祖国领土与主权的完整。实现祖国统一是历史的趋势，是海峡两岸全体中国人民的民心所向，这是任何人也无法改变的。我们对两岸关系发展与祖国和平统一的前景充满信心。
Since nineties of last century, the splitting activities for the independence of Taiwan that have new characteristics are increasingly raging in Taiwan Island. To protect our country' s sovereignty and territorial unity, Chinese Communist Party and Chinese government strongly oppose the splitting activities in any form. They have frightened resolutely against independency for the independence of Taiwan and summed up rich experience against those splitting activities. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part elaborates the five main characteristics of the splitting activities for the independence of Taiwan: 1. Combining of the local force and returned force 2. The agreement of the court and the commonly 3. The transfer from the outside political structure to the inside political structure 4. Working on splitting activities under the cloak of democracy 5. Provincial conflicts weaving with the splitting activities. Whatever the forms of splitting activities, the nature of those is same. The second par
t makes a thoroughly introduction to the measures carried by the Communist Party against splitting activities: 1. Opposing the activities for independence of Taiwan in any form in political area and criticizing severely the Independency 2. Developing economic cooperation and promoting trade and "san tong" between Taiwan Striates 3. Facilitate contacts between the Taiwan Straits in order to increase the cohesion of the Chinese nation 4. The military man oeuvre carried by PLA in the South and East China Sea 5. Adhering to "One China" policy and opposing foreign forces to interfere Taiwan issue.
The third part sums up the Communist Party' s rich experience against splitting activities for the independence of Taiwan: 1. " Peaceful Unification" and "One country, two systems" 2.Settling political matters through economic cooperation, and transportation 3. Not promise to ban the use of military force 4. Not allow others to interfere Taiwan issue 5. Placing great hope on Taiwan people.
The unification of China is the common wish of the Chinese people, beside Taiwan people. People between the Taiwan Straights should united and against splitting activities in any form in order to protect our country' s sovereignty and territorial unity. We are full of confidence in the Taiwan issues and the unification of our country.
