基于Pro/ENGINEER的PDC钻头CAD系统的研究与开发

摘要
近年来国内PDC钻头的设计理论与手段发展迅速,但与国外相比还有较大差距。应用先进的CAD技术来进一步改进和提高其设计手段非常必要。
     本文选择Pro/ENGINEER为二次开发平台,利用其二次开发工具Pro/TOOLKIT和VC++6.0联合编程,开发了“PDC钻头CAD系统”软件。在三维环境下,完成了以下PDC钻头设计、分析功能:
     (1) 冠部设计,实现了等切削、等磨损、等功率三种理论设计模式和直线-圆弧-直线、直线-圆弧-抛物线、直线-圆弧、直线-抛物线四种拟合方式下的冠部实体设计。
     (2) 布齿设计,实现了等距螺旋线、变距螺旋线、等间距、变间距方式下的布齿设计。在垂直布齿保径段及冠部曲线不能用方程表示时,均能实现连续的布齿。
     (3) 流道设计,实现了拉伸切削方式下生成垂直流道,设计时直接在三维实体上点选流道形状特征点。
     (4) 布置喷嘴设计,直接在三维实体上点选放置点,随意调整位置、方向参数,实时显示喷嘴轴线方向。
     (5) 自动装配切削齿,自动生成冠部的装齿齿槽和齿托结构。
     (6) 提出了在Pro/TOOLKIT下实现“切削量参数实体测量”的方法,实现了切削面积、切削体积、切削弧弧长的自动测量功能。
     (7) 实现了模拟切削井底、切削齿侧面与井底干涉状态的分析。
     运用本软件,可显著加快设计速度,提高设计质量。因为是在Pro/ENGINEER三维环境下实现,也为PDC钻头的CAE/CAM打下了坚实的基础。
The PDC bit's design theory develops quickly in our country in recent years, but it still has a big gap compared with foreign countries. So it is very necessary that applying the advanced CAD technique to improve the design means.We choose Pro/ENGINEER as the secondary development environment and make use of its secondary development tool Pro/TOOLKIT in conjunction with VC++6.0 programming, develop the "PDC bit CAD system" software. Under 3D environment, design and analysis functions of PDC bit are as follows:(1) Crown design, realizing three kinds of theoretical design models such as equivalent cutting volume, equivalent wear and equivalent power during PDC bit drilling and four kinds of curve fitting means such as straight line-arc-straight line, straight line-arc-parabola, straight line-arc and straight line-parabola to design crown entity.(2)Cutter distribution design, realizing four kinds of cutter distribution methods such as equivalent spiral line, varied spiral line, equivalent distance and varied distance. This means can realize continuous cutter distribution design at the vertical gauge-protection segment or when we don't know curve's equation.(3) Junk slot design, realizing vertical junk slot with extrude method by picking the 3D points of junk slot on solid directly.(4) Nozzle distribution design, picking the 3D placement points of nozzle on solid directly and adjusting position parameter, direction parameter freely, it will display the axis direction of nozzle momentarily.(5) Automatic assembling cutter and automatic creating the cutter's slot structure in crown.(6) Putting forward the analytical method of "measuring cutting parameters" under Pro/TOOLKIT environment and realizing the function of automatic measuring cutting area, cutting arc length and cutting volume during PDC bit drilling .(7) Realizing the analytical function of simulating PDC cutter's drilling well bottom and the interference analysis between well bottom and cutter.It can speed up designing and increase the quality of PDC bit design by making use of this software. Because of the software running under the Pro/ENGINEER 3D environment, it also builds a solid base for the PDC bit's CAE/CAM.
