分布式传感器的组态控制研究

摘要
本文主要研究了分布式传感器网络(DSN,Distributed Sensor Network)在组态控制方面的应用技术。本课题是在以往有关分布式传感器(主要是声音、振动和红外测温传感器)方面课题的基础上研究分布式传感器在工业方面的开发应用,将分布式传感器组成一个网络体系,实现多传感器的组态控制系统。
     首先,本文提出了分布式传感器网络(DSN,Distributed Sensor Network)的概念,并对分布式传感器网络(DSN)的特点、关键技术、发展历史、研究方向和应用前景做了介绍。同时,也给出了组态技术(Configuration)的概念,同样,对组态技术(Configuration)的特点、发展方向等相关方面的内容也做了陈述,列举了国内外一些主要组态软件产品,通过比较,并结合本课题的具体情况,选择了由北京亚控科技发展有限公司生产的“组态王”组态软件来研究本课题。
     其次,对分布式传感器网络(DSN)做了深入的剖析,主要从以下两个方面进行研究:一是分布式传感器网络(DSN)的体系结构,二是分布式传感器网络(DSN)的网络协议。由于,信号在传输过程中,当通过分布式传感器网络(DSN)的网络层和链路层时,能量损耗较大,为了尽可能多的减少能量损耗,达到节能的目的,对网络层、链路层的路由协议和MAC协议做了分析,以选择合适的传感器网络协议(IEEE802.15.4)来组织分布式传感器网络系统。利用声音、振动和红外测温等多种传感器组成传感器网络系统,通过加载组态软件来控制这些传感器的运动执行过程。
     该系统可广泛应用于地震监控、火灾检测、环境监测、精细农业、家居自动化、远程医疗等领域,并可进入诸如森林,雷区等一些人迹罕见和危险区域进行探测。具有广阔的市场发展空间。
In this dissertation a research has been made on the technology of the configuration control of the Distributed Sensor Network (DSN). This item will make a deep discussion which is based on the old item of Distributed Sensor Network (sound, vibration, infrared sensors). The purpose is first to do a research on the application on civil condition of these sensors, second to link these sensors to make a configuration control net.
     First, the concept of Distributed Sensor Network (DSN) has been bought forward. We have also discussed the traits, key technique, history, research orientation and application of the DSN. At the same time, configuration technology also has been bought forward. We have represented the traits, development of the configuration technology. And also we have enumerated some configuration software from china and overseas. By comparing, we choose the "Kingview5.0" configuration software, which is produced by Beijing Asiacontrol Technology Development Co., Ltd.
     Second, we have done a deep analysis on the DSN, which is based on the following aspect: one is the system framework of the DSN. Another is the protocol of the DSN. It will dissipate much power when the signal is passing the Meshwork Layer and Link Layer. For reducing the power dissipation, we have analyzed the router protocol, MAC protocol of the Meshwork Layer and Link Layer. Thus we can choose a suitable network protocol (IEEE 802.15.4) to organize the DSN network system. A sensor network has been established by using sound, vibration, infrared sensors. Then configuration software is used to control the sensors.
     This system can be used in earthquake detect, fire detect, environment detect, agriculture, automation, medicine and so on. More, it can be put into for example, forest, mine field, where is unfrequented and dangerous. The market of this system is wide.
