基于CIS传感器的纸币鉴伪与清分系统研究

摘要
纸币清分机是一种集光机电于一体的高端金融现金处理设备,其主要功能是完成对纸币面额、面向、新旧程度等的识别与清分,以代替人工挑选ATM用钞、可流通钞和剔除残钞等。针对目前国产清分机硬件设计过于复杂、清分效果不甚理想的问题,本文在综述纸币清分机相关内容的基础上,结合清分机对速度和可靠性要求较高的特点,基于嵌入式微控制器/微处理器、图像传感器技术、数字图像处理与识别等先进理论,提出了纸币清分系统的总体设计方案,同时将利用人民币序列号识别监控人民币流通的思想引入系统,并进行了实验论证。论文主要内容如下:
     1、论述了纸币清分系统历史背景、国内外研究现状及未来发展趋势,分析了其各项功能的具体实现方法,总结了目前国产纸币清分系统所存在的不足,在此基础上,提出了系统的设计方案。
     2、针对纸币清分系统对图像处理高速度和高可靠性的要求,探索出了适用于人民币的快速图像处理与识别算法。首先,利用数字图像处理的一些主要方法对人民币的图像特征进行了分析;然后,在分析的基础上,给出了适合纸币清分系统的图像处理与识别的方法,为系统软件设计实现奠定了理论基础。
     3、给出了系统的软硬件解决方案。首先,从系统功能实现的角度出发,将系统划分为不同的功能模块;其次,以所划分的功能模块为基础,设计了各模块的硬件实现电路和软件工作流程;最后是系统方案的实现。
     4、系统实验结果及性能分析。在基于系统方案所实现的硬件平台上,重复实验,并根据实验结果对系统参数不断调整,以获得最优实现。
Paper currency sorter is an advanced financial processing device integrated with optics, mechanics and electronics. Its main function is to recognize the denomination and face direction of the bills, and to distinguish the newer bills from the older ones and so on. Henceforth, paper currency sorter may satisfy the general operation of drawing out bills for ATM, the selection of reusable bills, and the elimination of fragmentary bills automatically. In this paper, against the problems of complicated hardware design and poor performance of domestic bill sorters, and based on the summarization of correlative contents of paper currency sorters, combined with the characters of paper currency sorter requiring high running speed and reliability, on the basis of embedded MCU/MPU, image sensor technology and digital image processing and recognition and so on, author brings forward a blue print for the paper currency sorter system, and introduces a new innovation of surveillance of RMB through recognition of RMB serial numbers, at last, does some experiments for demonstration. The paper consists of the following parts:
     1. Discuss the history background, research status inside and outside and development trend in the future of paper currency sorter, analyze realization techniques of its functions, and summarize the shortages of domestic bill sorter. On the basis, bring forward one realizable scheme of paper currency sorter.
     2. Against the high requirement of speed and reliability in paper currency sorter, search after one arithmetic that is the same with RMB image processing and recognition. Firstly, with the main study of the digital image processing, RMB characters are analyzed. Then, methods of bill image processing and recognition are introduced in order to lay down the solid base for software arithmetic design in the real paper currency system.
     3. A new solution for the system about hardware and software is presented. First, from the point of view of the realization of system functions, compartmentalize several modules of its function; second, on the basis of these modules, design its hardware circuits and software flows; at last, give the detailed realization of paper currency sorter.
     4. The test results from the system platform are analyzed to evaluate the system's performance. On the basis of the repeating tests on the realized platform, by adjusting the parameters of the system, the high performances are realized.
