涡旋压缩机虚拟设计与研究

摘要
涡旋压缩机是近几年发展起来的一种新型压缩机械,具有效率高、能耗小、零件少、结构紧凑、运行平稳等特点。但涡旋压缩机的设计目前仍处于传统的经验设计阶段,为进一步提高涡旋压缩机的设计效率,保证其运转性能,本文突破传统的二维设计方法,探索三维设计涡旋压缩机的全过程。
     首先,利用软件Matlab编程进行涡旋压缩机的基本参数计算,该程序可方便计算涡旋压缩机设计所需的基本参数、绘制受力变化曲线和体积变化曲线。基本实现设计参数自动完成。
     其次,利用三维工程设计软件Pro/Engineer对涡旋压缩机进行零部件的3D建模、虚拟装配和动涡旋静平衡计算。然后利用ADAMS在PRO/E中的嵌入模块Mechanic/Pro,直接将建好的三维模型转换到ADAMS环境中来,建立运动学、动力学分析模型,对涡旋压缩机整机运动进行仿真。实现涡旋压缩整机运动状态的可视化,为进一步分析涡旋压缩机运动学、动力学性质奠定基础。利用Pro/E的数控代码生成功能,探索圆的渐开线涡旋型线的加工方法,为降低加工成本、提高加工精度找到新的方法。
     最后,利用微分几何共轭曲面和法向等距曲线理论,证明了代数阿基米德螺旋型线作为涡旋型线的良好啮合特性,并讨论了阿基米德螺旋涡旋型线的基本特点及加工方法。
Scroll compressor is a new type compressor which is developed recently. It has characteristics of high efficiency, consuming little energy ,few parts , compact structure and working smoothly. However, the design of scroll compressor is still based on experience , In order to improve the efficiency of design and guarantee its working performance , This paper breaks through traditional two- dimentional design methods, probes the whole course of three-dimension scroll compressor design
    At first this paper utilizes the software Matlab to calculate the basic parameters of scroll compressor, And writes a set of procedures .It helps to calculate basic parameter needed of scroll compressor design , analyses volume change curve. Realizes basically that design parameters are finished automatically.
    Then the paper utilizes three-dimensional engineering design to carry on the 3D model, virtual assemble, calculate the balance of spare scroll by software Pro/Engineer. Then utilizes embedding module Mechanic/Pro in PRO/E of ADAMS, transform the three-dimensional model built up into ADAMS environment directly, Set up kinematics, dynamics and analyse models, carry on emulation movement of complete scroll compressor. Realize that the scroll compresses the melting visual motion state of the complete machine, in order to analyse further that kinematics of scroll compressor, dynamics nature establish the foundation. Then utilizes the code of numerical control of Pro/E to turn into the function, probes the round involute thread processing method of scroll profile, In order to reduce the finished cost and raise the machining accuracy to find the new method.
    It utilizes at last Curve surface conjugation theory of differential geometry and normal iso-metric polygonal profile to prove the feasibility of algebra Archimedes screw on scroll compressor profile, And characteristic of Archimedes scroll profile, And has discussed the basic characteristic of the Archimedes scroll profile and processing method.
