辽河油田商业保险管理信息化建设的研究及实证分析

摘要
知识经济时代要求以知识和信息作为增值的主体和对象,要求知识和信息成为企业具有竞争力的核心要素,这就迫使企业必须进行信息化建设。
辽河油田面对石油行业的激烈竞争和石油企业资源枯竭的威胁,提高效率、降低成本、生产和管理水平不断提升,是企业实现可持续发展、保持核心竞争力的重要手段,而信息化建设因其对企业生产、管理、经营等方面的显著提升作用,成为辽河油田的必然选择。
企业管理信息系统的建设应该是一整套研究方案,包括对企业建设管理信息系统的背景、环境、需求分析,特定管理信息系统建设所需要解决的在方案设计和技术环节方面的诸多问题等。
作者所从事的财务管理工作近年来在信息化建设方面发展迅速,作者作为用户方参与了辽河油田商业保险管理信息系统软件开发和后期完善工作,对此方面认识较深。结合在校的理论知识学习,选择了这个课题。
本文即针对企业管理信息化建设问题进行研究,对相关领域理论基础和研究现状做了概述,在此基础上,深入分析了辽河油田商业保险管理现状及存在问题,由此得到了商业保险管理信息系统的详细需求,从系统分析的角度构建了整个流程,确定了各模块方案选择,并进行了软硬件实现。同时从用户角度对其使用效果进行了分析,追踪改善效果,提出了进一步改进的建议。论文采用实证分析方法,希望整体的研究思路对同类型其他企业有借鉴意义。
Knowledge economy take knowledge and information as the object of added value, it makes knowledge and information the most competitive essential factors to enterprises, therefore informatization is urgent to enterprises.
Liaohe Oilfield is among the fierce competition of oil industry, and faces the threat of resource exhausting. In order to keep sustainable development and cor-competitiveness, Liaohe Oilfield must take a series of means including higher efficiency, lower cost, promotion of production and management level. Informatization shows its obvious promotion on enterprise’s production, management and operation, so it is the necessary option of Liaohe Oilfield.
An enterprise’s management informatization should be a set of research plans, including the analysis of background, environment and requirement. The plan should solve problems on system design and technical application.
The author is engaged in financial management, in this area, informatization get a rapid development. The author took part in Liaohe Oil Field’s insurance management system exploration and consummation, so had deep recognition about this theme. The combination of work experience and graduate course lead to the selection of this subject.
This thesis researches the enterprise’s management informatization, first, give an overview on the basic theories and research frontier. Next, give an analysis on Liaohe Oil Field’s insurance management system, summarize some important problems, therefore get specific requirements of the system. Construct the whole procedure from systematic analysis angle, define each module’s plan, and carry out in both software and hardware way. As a user, the author evaluates the software’s application effect, pays attention on the system’s improvement, comes up some advices of promotion. At last, look forward the tendency of Liaohe Oilfield informatization.
The thesis use positive analysis means, hope the research pattern would be helpful for other enterprises.
