以可持续发展为导向的投资项目决策支持系统研究

摘要
本文介绍了以可持续发展为导向的投资项目决策支持系统研究SDOIPDSS
（Study on Sustainable Development-Oriented Investment Project DSS），是把决策
支持系统技术、面向对象技术、计算机技术综合应用于投资项目评价的一种人机
交互式系统。它用于辅助投资项目评价人员来解决项目评价中的重大决策问题，
是决策者的得力助手。
SDOIPDSS主要由数据对象系统、模型对象系统、知识对象系统及用户界面
对象系统四部分组成。面向对象的软件开发方法使得本系统用对象和消息表现问
题域中的事物及联系，用类和继承来模拟人们的思维方式，容易实现数据抽象、
继承等软件工程思想。面向对象的程序结构使得本系统软件具有较强的可重用
性、可维护性。文中通过深入分析项目评价，得到经济评价、环境经济评价、多
准则综合评价的模型对象，并以环境经济评价、多准则综合评价为重点进行了分
析，对实际案例进行了评价。
本系统操作简单、界面友善，具有较强的科学性和实用性。
In this paper, the study on sustainable development oriented investment project
decision support system (SDOIPDSS) is introduced. It is a man-machine interactive
system applying decision support technique, object oriented technique and computer
technique in the investment project apptaisal. It can be used to help the project
appraiser to solve the decision-making problem.
SDOIPDSS consists of four main parts: data object system, model object system,
knowledge-object system and user interface object system. The object-oriented method
is used in the system analysis, system design and implement, thus we can easily carry
out data abstract and inheritance. In addition, it makes the system easy to maintain.
Through project appraisal analysis, we obtain the model object of economic appraisal,
environmental economic appraisal and multi-criteria analysis. The paper highlights the
environmental economic appraisal and multi-criteria analysis. In the end, the system
has been applied in the case study.
SDOIPDSS has friendly user interface and it also has scientificaalness and
practicability.

In this paper, the study on sustainable development oriented investment project
decision support system (SDOIPDSS) is introduced. It is a man-machine interactive
system applying decision support technique, object oriented technique and computer
technique in the investment project apptaisal. It can be used to help the project
appraiser to solve the decision-making problem.
