滑模变结构控制及其在套印系统中的应用

摘要
本文以凹版印刷机自动套印系统为背景,对智能变结构套印控制方法作了深入的理论研究和数字仿真实验。本文首先在常规滑模变结构理论的基础上,设计了自动套印系统控制器。然后对滑模变结构、模糊控制和神经网络之间的互补性进行了深入的分析与研究,提出了一种基于模糊神经网络的滑模变结构设计方法,利用模糊神经网络在线调整符号函数的幅值,实现了系统的鲁棒控制。理论分析和仿真结果表明,本文提出的智能变结构控制方法具有收敛速度快、算法简单、稳定性好的优点,适用于套印及其它快速变化的复杂工业系统,有效地提高了系统性能。
This thesis makes a theoretical and simulation study on an intelligent variable structure controller and its application to the automatic overprint control systems of gravure printing press.
    The paper first designs an automatic overprint controller in light of the routine sliding mode variable structure. Then the design of the intelligent control of sliding mode variable structure is presented on the basis of the great complementarities of the sliding mode variable structure, the fuzzy control and the neural network control. By adjusting on-line the value of symbolic function terms with the fuzzy neural network, the robustness of the system is achieved and the chatter in the sliding surface is reduced.
    The theoretical analysis and the simulation result all show that, with the advantages of the fast converging speed, the simple algorithm as well as the good stability, the intelligent control of variable structure is practical and efficient for the overprint controller and the other fast-changing complicated industrial systems.
