京沪高速铁路跨济南黄河特大桥工程质量管理研究

摘要
铁路大跨度桥梁工程质量管理具有影响因素众多、影响机制复杂、科技含量高、质量要求严等特征,导致其质量管理难度加大、风险增加。而工程质量又与工程进度、成本、安全、环境保护等其他项目目标息息相关。因此,研究解决如何加强工程项目质量管理、提高行业的质量管理水平的问题,无论对于个人、企业、行业或是国家,都有着重大的现实意义。
     本文首先阐述了我国工程行业的飞速发展现状以及行业中仍然存在的质量管理问题,认为提高工程项目质量水平能够从企业、行业以及国家三个层面产生重大作用;随后综合论述了国内外工程项目质量管理的研究现状,并以此作为桥梁工程质量管理研究的基础资料。紧接着,依次综述了质量管理、工程质量及其管理的相关理论,包括定义、内涵、特点、方法等,为后文桥梁工程质量管理研究提供理论支持。之后,文章对济南黄河特大桥工程现状进行了细致描述,包括工程总体概况、环境因素、质量、重难点工程等方面。最后,对济南黄河特大桥工程质量管理进行了详细论述,包括质量管理目标、机构以及质量管理的“五重保证”体系,并分别针对钻孔桩、主引桥承重平台作业、桥墩施工和钢制桥梁梁体架设等五项关键性控制工程分别给出了质量管理手段及对策,最后细化到质量管理五要素(人机料法环),给出了质量追溯和问题库管理两项管理措施。
The quality management of Railway long-span bridges project is more difficult and greater risk with some characteristics:a number of uncertainties, complex affect mechanism, high technology, strict quality requirements and so on. Project quality is closely related with and with the project schedule, cost, safety, environmental protection, and other project objectives. Therefore, Research on how to enhance project quality management and improve the industry's quality management is of great practical significance for individuals, businesses, industries and countries.
     Firstly, the status of China's construction industry rapid development and the still existing issues of quality management in it are described. Improveing the quality of the project is considered to have a significant role in levels of business, industry and national. Secondly, Quality management research status in domestic and international projects is discussed, and is as the basic data for bridge projects quality management research. Thirdly, an overview of theories related with quality management, project quality and project quality management is given to provide theoretical support for later studies on bridge project quality management. Afterwards, the paper gives a detailed description of the status of the including overall project, environmental factors, quality, key and difficulty and so on. Finally, the Jinan Yellow River Bridge project quality management is discussed in detail, including quality management objectives, organization and the "five-guarantee" system of quality management. Quality management tools and strategies corresponding to five critical control engineerings of Bored piles, the main bridge pile, Bridge approach slab. Bridge pier and Erection of steel girder are proposed and are down to the five elements of quality management(human, machine, material, method and environment), the corresponding management measures are described.
