南极国际食品交易中心物流园运营管理研究

摘要
本文以中国食品流通领域物流园区建设的现状出发,以销售物流、第三方物流、电子商务以及销售物流为基础理论依据,以数据分析和图表说明相结合的方法,围绕食品流通领域物流园区管理方法进行研究。
本文首先对国内外物流园发展趋势进行分析比较,并以此根据第三方物流、电子商务相关理论对食品物流园运营管理进行了界定。然后通过对南极国际食品交易中心的发展历程及食品经销商的经营现状分析,结合现有模式运营管理的制度、流程解析,运用相关性分析、swot分析方法、比较分析法,对制约影响食品物流园运营的各种因素及宏观因素对物流园运营的影响进行了深入剖析。
最后,运用本文以上研究结论,以南极国际食品交易中心物流园为案例,就该物流园区的规划定位及功能规划定位,以及运营管理的提升进行了针对性的对策研究。
In this paper, the field of food distribution in China's current situation of the logistics park construction, sales logistics, third party logistics, e-commerce and sales based on the theoretical basis of logistics, data analysis and chart illustrates the combination of methods, logistics parks around the area of food distribution management research.
Firstly, the domestic and international logistics park development trend analysis and comparison, and thus according to the third party logistics, e-commerce theories on food logistics park operation and management were defined. Then international food trade through the center of the Antarctic the development process and the operating status of food distributors, combined with existing models of system operation and management, process analysis, using correlation analysis, swot analysis, comparative analysis of constraints affecting food logistics Park operations on various factors and macroeconomic factors influence the logistics park operations conducted in-depth analysis.
Finally, using this above research findings to international food trade center Antarctic Logistics Park as a case, the logistics park planning in relation to location and function of planning orientation, and enhance the operation and management were targeted countermeasures.
本文首先对国内外物流园发展趋势进行分析比较,并以此根据第三方物流、电子商务相关理论对食品物流园运营管理进行了界定。然后通过对南极国际食品交易中心的发展历程及食品经销商的经营现状分析,结合现有模式运营管理的制度、流程解析,运用相关性分析、swot分析方法、比较分析法,对制约影响食品物流园运营的各种因素及宏观因素对物流园运营的影响进行了深入剖析。
