敏捷研发的组织模式研究

摘要
探讨敏捷研发的组织模式问题是企业为适应复杂多变的市场需求,实现企业敏捷性的内在要求。这对提高企业核心竞争能力与提升企业研发效率具有十分重要的理论价值和实践意义。
     综合运用管理学、组织学、系统论、博弈论、交易成本理论、统计学等理论与方法,对敏捷研发的原理、敏捷研发的组织架构与管理体系、敏捷研发组织敏捷性评价、云制造下的敏捷研发组织模式-研发云模式与研发云组织的服务资源组合优选等问题进行了研究。提出了一些新的概念、原理与方法。全文分四大部分:
     1.敏捷研发的原理。基于敏捷性概念对敏捷研发概念进行了界定,讨论了敏捷研发的特征,建立了敏捷研发的内推外压动力模型。提出了敏捷研发的速度原理、集成原理与经济性原理,对敏捷研发速度原理的构成、效果及形成途径与敏捷研发集成原理的内涵、要素、途径与原则进行了系统剖析。对敏捷研发先动者优势的成因进行了博弈分析。运用交易成本理论对敏捷研发经济性进行了分析,设计了最佳组织规模决策模型与最佳组织结构选择模型。
     2.敏捷研发的组织架构与管理体系。对敏捷组织进行了界定,从组织结构、人员、技术三个方面揭示了敏捷组织的特征。基于敏捷组织的六条设计原则,构建了敏捷组织的组织结构概念模型。提出了敏捷研发组织的知识、成员、资源及信息四大构成要素,设计了敏捷研发组织模式的一般框架,揭示了敏捷研发组织的技术预见、产品重整、知识共享、任务并行与资源集成等运行机制。构建了敏捷研发组织模式的“敏捷式”管理体系。
     3.云制造下的敏捷研发组织模式-研发云组织模式。借鉴云制造理论,对研发云、研发云服务和研发云服务资源组合等概念进行了界定。建立了研发云的概念模型,剖析了研发云的服务模式、组织特征以及运作过程。构建了研发云组织的服务资源组合选优模型,设计了基于研发云组织服务资源组合特点的指标体系和评价模型,给出了基于层次分析方法的优选模型应用步骤,并在CQXG公司的A产品开发项目的合作资源选择上进行了实际应用。
     4.敏捷研发组织敏捷性评价。提出了基于快速性(Rapidity)、柔性(Flexibility)和高效性(High Efficiency)的敏捷研发组织敏捷性的RFE三维评价体系,应用该评价体系对某汽车制造企业研发中心进行了敏捷性评价。
The discussion on the organization mode of agile R&D is the inherent requirement of enterprise to adapt to complex and changeable market demand and to improve business agility. It is of great theoretical value and practical significance for improving the enterprise core competitive ability and the efficiency of enterprise R&D.
     This research comprehensively applies management, histology, system theory, the transaction cost theory, statistics to study the principles of agile R&D, the organization mode of agile R&D, agility evaluation of agile R&D organization, the organization mode of the R&D cloud in cloud manufacturing, the R&D cloud services resources composition and optimization. It proposes a few new concepts, principles and methods. The main content includes four aspects.
     1. The principle of agile R&D. Based on the concept of agility, the concept of agility of agile R&D is defined. The characteristics of agile development are discussed. This research establishes the agile R&D motive model of the internal force and external pressure and puts forward speed principle, integration principle and economic principle, which analyses of the composition, effect and formation of the speed principle and the connotation, structure and elements of the integrated principle. This research introduces the game analysis of the cause of first mover advantage in agile R&D and analyses the economic principle using the transaction cost theory. The best organization scale decision-making model and optimal selection model of organizational structure are designed.
     2. Organization framework and management system of agile R&D. The concept of agile organization is defined. It reveals the characteristics of agile organization from the three aspects of organization structure, personnel, technology, and also builds the organization structure concept model of agile organization based on the six design principle of agile organization. It extracts knowledge, members, resources and information the four major components of agile R&D organization. It designs the operation mechanism of agile R&D organization such as the general framework of agile R&D organization mode, and builds the management system of "agile" for agile organization mode.
     3. Agile R&D organization research in cloud manufacturing. This research respectively discusses the cloud model of R&D, R&D service resource allocation and combination in cloud model problem. At first it establishes the concept model of R&D cloud, discusses the service pattern, organizational characteristics and organization operation process, then studies on configuration mode, the portfolio selection model of the R&D cloud services resource, designs the corresponding index system and evaluation model based on the characteristics of the R&D cloud services resources combination and selection of the target system, gives the solving process based on grey relational analysis method, at last applies on the A product reverse design project of CQXG company.
     4. Organizations agility evaluation of agile development. This research proposes the RFE three dimensional evaluation system of R&D organizational agility based on rapidity, flexibility and high efficiency, and it applies on the actual business.
