论大学校园文化建设的思想政治教育功能
摘要
大学校园文化是大学师生根据自身特点和需要,在一定的经济和社会发展的前提下,在长期的教育实践过程中,通过不断的创造和积累而形成的反应广大师生共同信念和追求的校园精神,是高校校园物质文化、精神文化和行为方式的总和。
《教育部、共青团中央关于加强和改进高等学校校园文化建设的意见》指出:“高等学校校园文化是社会主义文化的重要组成部分。加强校园文化建设对于推进高等教育改革发展、加强和改进大学生思想政治教育、全面提高大学生综合素质,具有十分重要意义。”实践证明,好的大学校园文化具有明显的导向功能、凝聚功能、激励功能等思想政治教育功能,它与课堂的知识教育一起共同服务于高校人才培养的需要,对于加强大学生思想政治教育、保证大学生健康成长、实现国家与社会对人才的需要,对于加强大学生思想政治教育、保证大学生健康成长、顺利成才具有重要意义。因此,建设大学校园文化,充分发挥其思想政治教育的功能,是推进高校持续健康顺利发展的必然要求,是培养全面发展的高素质创新人才,弘扬民族文化和民族精神的需要。
正是从这个意义出发。本文以加强校园文化建设和大学生思想政治教育为出发点,对校园文化建设所具有的思想政治教育功能以及如何充分发挥这一功能进行了较为系统的探讨。
本论文的主体共分四个部分:第一部分,首先对文化及校园文化的涵义进行阐述,在此基础上,进一步阐述大学校园文化的内涵及构成,从而勾勒出大学校园文化的整体面貌。第二部分从大学校园文化建设的思想政治教育功能入手,从三个方面对校园文化建设是思想政治教育的重要载体进行了论述。第三部分就当前大学校园文化建设中存在的主要问题进行梳理和剖析,指出其影响高校思想政治教育功能正常发挥的结症所在。最后,第四部分提出了发挥校园文化建设的思想政治教育功能的主要原则及对策。
The notion about strengthening and improving the building of University campus culture promulgated by The Ministry of Education and China Youth Communist League Center Committee point out:“University campus culture an important part of the advanced socialist culture. To strengthen the construction of campus culture has great significance to promote higher education, and comprehensively enhance the overall quality of college students.”University campus culture is a unity of material forms and spiritual wealth created by teachers, students as well as all the staff during the teaching, management and the service in college area. University campus culture has obvious function of guidance, congregation and the encouragement, serves the talent-cultivation project in college with classroom teaching culture and has significance to strengthen college students’ideological and political education, ensure the healthy growth of college students and realize the talents training target is of great significance. To construct university campus culture and play its function about the ideological and political education is high-inevitable requirement of promoting the sustainable development to colleges, cultivating high-quality, comprehensive development and talents, and development national culture and spirit.
Base on strengthening the construction of campus culture and the ideological and political education, the article systematically discussed the content and ways of the Ideological and Political Education function of campus culture.
This article includes four parts. First, the paper expounded the concept, connotation and the constituent of the university campus culture. In the second part, the paper advocated that campus culture is the carrier of the ideological and political education, and discourses the standpoint. In part three, the paper analyzed the problems and challenges on playing the function about ideological and political education of campus culture.
《教育部、共青团中央关于加强和改进高等学校校园文化建设的意见》指出:“高等学校校园文化是社会主义文化的重要组成部分。加强校园文化建设对于推进高等教育改革发展、加强和改进大学生思想政治教育、全面提高大学生综合素质,具有十分重要意义。”实践证明,好的大学校园文化具有明显的导向功能、凝聚功能、激励功能等思想政治教育功能,它与课堂的知识教育一起共同服务于高校人才培养的需要,对于加强大学生思想政治教育、保证大学生健康成长、实现国家与社会对人才的需要,对于加强大学生思想政治教育、保证大学生健康成长、顺利成才具有重要意义。因此,建设大学校园文化,充分发挥其思想政治教育的功能,是推进高校持续健康顺利发展的必然要求,是培养全面发展的高素质创新人才,弘扬民族文化和民族精神的需要。
正是从这个意义出发。本文以加强校园文化建设和大学生思想政治教育为出发点,对校园文化建设所具有的思想政治教育功能以及如何充分发挥这一功能进行了较为系统的探讨。
