基于ARM9的α能谱测氡数据采集系统

摘要
在人们的日常生活中氡及其子体对人类的健康造成了的影响,逐渐引起了人们广泛的关注。氡及其子体的测量也变得非常重要,一方面关系到人类的健康,另一方面对于地质勘探、地震预测等众多领域起着重要的作用。但氡的测量是一个涉及核技术、电子学技术、计算机科学技术、地球科学以及环境科学等多学科多领域的复杂问题。
     对氡及其子体的测量有着多种方法。本论文从氡气及其子体的α能谱测量入手,瞄准国内外电子技术发展趋势,结合现场工作的特点,针对α能谱测氡数据采集系统进行设计,在几项关键技术如多道脉冲幅度分析器,仪器的智能化等方面进行了较为系统的研究。
     论文对本人所设计的基于ARM9的氡及其子体α能谱数据采集系统作了较为详尽的论述。该系统以基于ARM920T内核的片上系统微处理器S3C2410为控制处理核心,并配有240×320带触摸屏的TFT液晶显示器,通过SD卡进行测量数据的存储;在以S3C2410为核心的硬件系统上,通过移植WinCE.Net 4.2操作系统,对硬件及其相关文件进行有效的管理。通过流接口驱动程序的编写,从而使得系统可以对多道脉冲幅度分析器以及温湿度传感器等硬件进行操作。通过在EVC环境下对应用软件的设计,使得该系统能自动显示和存储测量谱线,并自动完成α能谱数据处理工作;而且将测量结果保存到SD卡,有效地扩大了数据存储量和方便了数据的上位机处理。最后对于数据在存储介质上面的保存格式进行了设计,可以采用两种不同的保存方式,方便操作。
In people's daily life, The impacts on human health caused by radon and progeny gradually has attracted widespread attention. The measurement of the radon and progeny has also become very important, on one hand, it is related to human health.On the other hand,it plays an important role in geological exploration , earthquake prediction, and other fields . However, the measurement of radon is such complex questions that it involves multi-disciplinary such as the nuclear technology, electronics technology, the computer science technology, the geoscience, the environmental science and so on.
     The measurement of radon has a number of ways. This thesis starts with theα-ray spectrometry, aims at domestic and international trends in the development of electronic technology, combines the features of the spot, and carries on the design in view of data collecting system of a energy spectrum. In several key technologies, this paper also does a systematic study on Multi-Channel Analyzer (MCA) and the intelligence apparatus.
     This thesis has made a detailed exposition on data collecting system of a energy spectrum to measures radon based on ARM9. The system uses system microprocessor S3C2410 based on ARM920T as controlling core and fixes the 240×320 touch-screen TFT-LCD, and measures data store into the SD card. Taking S3C2410 as core hardware system and transplanting WinCE Net 4.2, the operating systems carry on the effective management to the hardware and the related documents. By complilating the stream interface device driver processing, it makes the system possible to operate on the Multi-Channel Analyzer (MCA) and Temperature Humidity Sensor and other hardwares. Under the EVC environment, the design of application software enables this system to demonstrate and store spectral line automatically, and completes a energy spectrum data processing work automatically. Moreover the measurement result will be saved to the SD card, expanded the storage amount effectively and facilitating data Supervisory Computer processing. Finally the storage format has been designed regarding the data in the storage medium and there are two kinds of preserved methods. And it will facilitate the operation.
