动力锂电池激光切割控制系统设计

摘要
电池系统的研制是电动汽车替代燃油汽车的关键,也一直是制约电动汽车大规模进入市场的瓶颈。锂电池由于具有重量轻、容量高、寿命长、无污染等优点而成为理想的清洁电动汽车能源。动力锂电池的研制因此成为当前的热点。
     虽然用于小型移动产品的锂电池的制造技术已经十分成熟,但在用于大型动力电池的制造时会发生许多问题。尽管动力电池的一部分工艺可以用小型电池的制造装备完成,但在电芯制造方面仍需要多种全新的结构,这些全新的结构需要全新的制造装备和控制方法才能解决。
     激光切割是激光加工最主要的方法之一。它具有非接触加工、切割速度快、精度高等优点。本论文介绍了现有锂电池设备的特点和不足,讨论如何将激光切割技术和嵌入式技术相结合,将激光应用于电芯制造工艺中,实现激光切片和激光自动切极耳技术。
     本文首先分析激光切割系统的设计需求,以PC104和FPGA为核心构建硬件平台,以RTAI构建实时Linux操作系统。其次,介绍软件的功能划分,分析硬件抽象层、任务管理进程、运动控制进程、软PLC以及用户界面的功能。然后介绍电机、编码器、激光器等硬件模块的电路设计及驱动实现。最后给出了激光切割系统的试验结果。
     目前该系统已应用于实际工业设备中,运转良好。
The Development of battery system is the key for the replacement of fuel-engined vehicle by electric vehicles.It's also the bottleneck when promoting the use of electric vehicles in a large scale.With its unique property of light weight,high capacity,long life and pollution-free,lithium battery has became an ideal clean energy for electric vehicles.The reacher of power lithium battery has been one of the hot points in the industry.
     Although the manufacture technique for small mobile products is mature,many technical problems arise when it's transplanted into the manufacturing process of big power battery.The equipment for small battery can be used to perform part of the processes needed in the production of power lithium battery,but still many structures must be invented for the cell production. These new structures should be achieved using new equipment and control methods.
     Laser cutting is one of the most important method of laser machining.lt has the advantages of non-contact machining,high cutting speed,high precision.The thesis introduce the future of the present equpment for lithium battery,and discuss how to combine the laser with embedded technology.In this system,this technology is used in cell production,using laser to cut the electrode or terminal of lithium battery automatically.
     Based on the requirements Analysis of this laser cutting system,the hardware platform is builded centered in PC 104 and FPGA,and RTAI is used to build a realtime linux operating system. Second,the structure and function of the software is intruduced,including hardware abstraction layer,task management thread,motion control thread,soft-PLC,and graphical user interface.Then the design of circuit and driver is discussed,including each hardware modules such as motor,encoder,laser,and so on.Finally the test results of the laser cutting system are given.
     Now this system has been used in practical and runs well.
