石灰、粉煤灰稳定天然砂砾基层结构的应用技术研究

摘要
本文对二灰稳定砂砾基层结构的材料组成设计、施工工艺及使用性能进行了较为系统的研究。首先针对二灰砂砾材料组成的特点,利用化学离子交换原理,详细研究了混合料的物理力学特性及其强度形成机理。在此基础上,结合规范讨论了二灰稳定砂砾材料的设计方法和步骤,并对规范中的有关规定作了如下的修正:最大石料粒径的尺寸由4厘米增加为10~12厘米,含泥量由3%提高到7%等,从而提高了二灰稳定、砂砾材料的强度,减少了干缩性,方便了施工。依据我市辖区内路面工程的实际状况和当地材料资源状况,分别针对不同的施工方法编写了详细的施工工艺。最后,结合我市十年来修建二灰砂砾基层结构的工程实例,详细阐述了其良好的水稳性和半刚性性能,并对该基层结构进行了技术经济分析。本文的研究成果对于指导我市乃至其它地区的二灰砂砾路面基层结构的设计和施工具有重要的参考价值。
In this paper, material composite design of the structure composed by soil-lime-flyash stabilized base course and the construction technics and the performance of this kind of structure were studied systematically. First in allusion to the characteristic of its components, the physics-mechanics characteristic and the strength mechanism were discussed in detail by using the chemical theory of ion exchange. On the basis of these results, the design method and procedure of lime-flyash grit composite were researched combining with the standard. Through the engineering practice of recent ten years, some modification were made as follows: the maximum size of the granular material was improved from 4cm to 10~12cm, the mud content rises to 7 percent from 3 percent, the strength was raised, also the construction became more convenient. And besides, according to the real instance of pavement technics in our city and the local material resource, we compiled the detailed construction technics. At last, the good performance of this structure was discussed, and the technical-economic analysis was made at the same time. The achievements of this paper has important reference value to instruct the design and construction of lime-flyash base structure in our city even in the other areas.
