物流服务供应链的协同机理研究

摘要
物流服务供应链是顺应物流产业协同化的发展要求,满足日益出现的现代综合化物流服务需求,在物流供需及物流企业之间形成的一种实施资源供应链一体化整合,供应链上下游集成化运作的协同共生型现代物流服务运作模式。物流服务供应链运营模式能够有效提高物流服务水平,培育社会化物流的需求基础,是实现物流产业资源整合和持续发展的重要途径,也为实现企业物流管理与第三方物流服务的有机融合提供了切实可行的方式。目前关于物流服务供应链还没有形成系统的研究,更需要展开有效的基础理论性研究以指导实践运作。协同是物流服务供应链运作与发展的核心,理解和把握物流服务供应链的协同本质与协同机理,能为物流服务供应链的构建、运营与管理提供思路和方向。因此,本文以系统科学理论为基础,借鉴协同学、集成论、种群生态学、博弈论等理论的基本思想,并广泛汲取现代供应链管理理论、技术与方法,对物流服务供应链的协同机理问题进行探索与研究。
     对概念的科学把握是研究工作的基本出发点,目前关于物流服务供应链多是从成员构成及成员关系角度给出的直观定义,对于物流服务供应链协同的理解也不全面。本文首先从本质特性、运作特性、组织特性等方面对物流服务供应链的内涵作了多角度剖析,总结出物流服务供应链的主要特征,并对其形成过程进行了探讨。接着,本文架构了物流服务供应链协同概念体系,包括协同内涵、协同特性、协同层次与协同要素。
     对于物流服务供应链协同机理的研究,本文着眼于协同的动态发展特性,按照节点协同关系的动态发展变化过程对协同机理进行探索,构建了由协同形成机理、协同生长机理、协同运行机理与协同演化机理共同构成的协同机理体系。协同形成机理揭示了物流服务供应链协同形成的内在逻辑以及实现物流服务供应链协同的外部动因与内部动因,并对其协同效应及产生机理进行了探讨;协同生长机理揭示了物流服务供应链上节点协同生长的演化逻辑,借鉴种群生态学的思想,本文通过构建协同生长模型,探讨了物流服务供应链上节点协同生长的动态过程,重点研究了物流服务供应链节点协同生长的演化趋向以及生长趋于稳定状态的约束条件;协同运行机理分析了物流服务供应链内在运行逻辑及运行思路,本文从协同运行角度,将物流服务供应链的协同划分为三种运作模式:点链式协同、线链式协同与全链式协同,运用博弈论的思想,构建了节点协同运作模型,并采用数值实验的模拟方法,对这三种协同运作模式进行了全面、深入的分析,找出影响协同运行的主要因素;协同演化机理探究了物流服务供应链节点之间的协同关系、协同运作模式、协同功能等的发展变化规律,本文重点结合三种协同运作模式间的演化特性,分析了物流服务供应链的协同演化逻辑,找出影响协同演化的主要因素。
     研究物流服务供应链协同机理的目的在于认识、理解和掌握物流服务供应链各个节点在协同运作发展过程中的内在的、本质的协同运作规律与发展逻辑,从而为探讨物流服务供应链的协同发展思路与协同运作管理方式提供基础和依据。因此,基于物流服务供应链协同机理的研究,本文最后提出了物流服务供应链协同运作管理的基本思路与实现方式。
Logistics service supply chain (LSSC) is a collaborative symbiotic logistics services operation mode with resource integration and integrated operation among members, which is to response to the development of collaborative operation in logistics industry and to meet the growing emergence of the integrated logistics service requirements. LSSC can improve the level of logistics services, and foster the basis for the socialized logistics services demand, which is an important way to achieve logistics resources integration and the sustainable development of logistics industry, and to integrate the logistics management in enterprises with the third-party logistics services. At present, there is no systematic study on the LSSC, and the basic theoretical research is much needed to guide the practice. Collaboration is the key for the operation and development of LSSC, thus, to understand the collaboration essence and collaboration mechanism of LSSC could provide some basic ideas to the construction, operation and management of LSSC. Based on those theories of system science, synergetic, integration theory, population ecology, game theory, and the modern supply chain management, the paper made an in-depth research on the collaboration mechanism of LSSC.
     The starting point of research work is to grasp the concept of LSSC and its collaboration. The existed concepts of LSSC are defined mostly from the perspective of the membership, and the collaboration of LSSC is not fully understood. The connotation of LSSC was analyzed in the paper from its natural, operational and organizational features firstly. Some characteristics of LSSC were summed up, and the formation process of LSSC was investigated. Then, the connotation system of LSSC's collaboration was constructed, including the concept of LSSC's collaboration, collaborative features, collaborative levels and collaborative factors.
     The main body of research is the construction and investigation for the collaboration mechanism of LSSC. Considering the dynamic developing feature of collaboration, the system of the collaboration mechanism of LSSC was defined as four components, including the collaboration-formation mechanism, the collaboration-growth mechanism, the collaboration-operation mechanism and the collaboration-evolution mechanism. The collaboration-formation mechanism revealed the intrinsic logicality of the formation of collaboration in LSSC; the internal and external forces were analyzed; the synergistic effects and its principle were discussed in detail. The collaboration-growth mechanism explored the intrinsic logicality of the self-organizing growing process of collaboration in LSSC; the collaborative models were built based on the theory of population ecology; the growing trends and related constraint conditions were discussed emphatically. The collaboration-operation mechanism probed into the intrinsic logicality of the collaborative operation in LSSC; three collaborative operation modes, point-chain coordination, line-chain coordination and chain-chain coordination were defined; the collaborative operation models were built based on the game theory, and a series of numerical experiments on collaborative models were conducted to make thorough analysis and research on those three modes and to identify main influencing factors for collaborative operation in LSSC. The collaboration-evolution mechanism investigated the logicality of the evolution of collaboration in LSSC; the evolution characteristics and conditions on those three modes were discussed; and main influencing factors for collaborative evolution in LSSC were founded.
     The purpose of the study on the collaboration mechanism of LSSC is to recognize, understand and master the inherent collaboration logicality in the operation and development of LSSC, so as to explore some ideas for the collaborative management of LSSC, which were discussed in the paper lastly.
