企业信息生态系统的构建与运行机制研究

摘要
伴随网络时代的来临,信息技术、计算机技术的迅速发展,企业作为市场运行的主体,面临着走向信息化经营,承担着新的含义和新的使命。企业要主动适应复杂的社会动态变化环境,不仅要注重自身经济效益,还必须在更大程度上重视和谐环境。这就需要企业信息生态系统这一新兴成果帮助企业进行各方面影响因素的调节,使企业得到长足、稳定、持续的发展。
     本文在综合评述国内外信息生态学相关领域的研究成果基础上,提出了企业信息生态系统的概念,构建了企业信息生态系统的逻辑模型并对其运行机制进行深入系统的研究。论文首先从企业信息生态系统的各个子系统的作用关系,继而构建整个企业信息生态系统的模型,整个模型在考虑企业一般所涉及到的社会环境因素,还重点以企业生态化、环境均衡发展为中心目标进行系统建模。随后,系统分析企业信息生态系统的本质属性即信息性、生态性、系统性,这三个因素是整个系统建立的根基与灵魂。最后,根据模型分析企业信息生态系统的运行机制,讨论各运行机制的运作模式、作用特征。通过以上研究成果,探寻企业信息化、生态化发展,信息环境平稳、健康维系的可行性路径。
For enterprises,21st century is the age to execute information innovation and solve the main issues human beings concern about of virtuous operation model and system model developing sustainably. In this paper,combining with ecological theory and information-based process of enterprises,hot spots of protecting environment and keeping ecological equilibrium are expanded to the social environment enterprises live in to build enterprises information ecosystem adapting to information ecological environment for the purpose of promoting the development of enterprises considerably,regularly and effectively.
     Confronting complicated and volatile social information environment,more and more enterprises gradually abandon closed-end management of operating“alone”in the past time,in stead of organizing alliances with related companies and populations of enterprises to actively acclimatized itself to changeable environment,carry on won adjustment and sharpen the competitive edge. This paper studies on domestic enterprises,consults information ecological system theory,builds logical model of enterprises information ecosystem,analyzes this ecosystem and anatomizes its three features: informational,ecological and systematic,on the basic of which it dissects operating mechanisms to provide theoretical basis and methodical instruction for enterprises information ecosystem’s systematic operation. The innovations of this paper are:
     Firstly,this paper analyzes existing enterprises information ecosystem theory,researches on structuring enterprises information ecosystem combining with environmental factors for the development of enterprises for the angle of enterprises’informationization and ecological balance , resolves models to probe into the relationship between of theoretical significance and practical system’s operation and summarize the three fundamental features: informational,ecological and systematic. Secondly,according to the three basics: information,ecology and system,this paper dissects the operating mechanisms of enterprises information ecosystem,traverses the principle,function and meaning of every operating mechanism,draws relation schema of every mechanism and instructs enterprises’operation by ecological thought to improve the management level,give play to the zeal as market entity,provide theoretical support for promoting enterprises’development and supply accurate theoretical basis for enterprises information ecosystem’s operating.
     In the first place,this paper,from information-ecological perspective,stresses to build enterprises information system’s logical model , discusses its operating mechanism and attaches importance to the balanced and coordinating development of enterprises information ecosystem to provide theoretical basis for the father implement and development of enterprises information system and provide more deeply theoretical basis for this hot spot at the aspect of operating mechanism.
     Through systematically scientific theory and methods as guide,this paper puts to use informativity,system and ecological theories to study on enterprises’information sources,information technology,information culture and ecosystem of basic data,and then steers to the research on enterprises information ecosystem to provide basis for the further development of hot spots on this study.
     In the second place,it carries on the feasible analysis to the system by systematic constructing principles , structures the logical model of enterprises information ecosystem on the basic of previous research and analyzes enterprises information system to refine its basic structure to analyzes three basic elements: information,ecology and system to be aimed at fundamentally comprehend enterprises information ecosystem’s constructing purposes.
     Finally,dissects enterprises information ecosystem’s operating mechanism by systematic models,including forming mechanism,competitive mechanism,synergizing mechanism,decision-making mechanism,cooperating-sharing mechanism,analyzes the principles and correlations of all mechanisms and concludes the principle of entire system to sublime previous researching achievements.
     Though researching above mentioned contents,this paper concludes as follows: first,the operation and management of enterprises information ecosystem is a complicated problem in related to information ecological environment. We should comprehend theory of ecological research and business management,at the basic of which further pursue technological innovation. Second,through analyzing the similarity of enterprises information ecosystem and natural ecosystem,explore approaches of balanced development of enterprises information ecosystem,which is of important signification in concrete implementation for enterprises information system. Hope to provide theoretical basis for utility of future information ecological theory in enterprises and enterprises informatization through above mentioned research of enterprises information ecosystem.
