智能IC卡电能计量控制系统

摘要
本文在参考国内外相关产品的基础上,结合实际工程提出的一套采用主从式结构进行集中式电能计量、控制、管理的电能计量控制系统的设计方案。
     文中详细分析了电能计量控制部分中用户控制、子用户控制和电能测量模块的设计原理与实现方式。主控部分用户控制模块可存储、管理、显示和查询用户电能信息;从控部分子用户控制模块计算并暂存电能测量模块输出功率数据;电能计量模块采用电度表专用厚膜电路HDB6进行电能计量,简化了电路设计,同时还利用继电器控制连接或断开用户的供电回路;在主从部分间采用RS-485通信标准实现数据快速、准确的传输。同时还简要介绍了与计算机端连接的IC读写器的设计和相应的通信协议。
     文中还详细介绍了设计中作为传输载体的IC卡的特点、选取和加密,并实现了对IC的读写操作和加密保护。实现电能管理的上位机软件采用Windows风格界面,运用专用控件实现串口通信,提供了友好的用户界面、清新的菜单窗口和强大的管理功能。
     本系统现已通过大连市计量所电表1.0级的鉴定,其精度、可靠性完全符合电表的特性要求,是一种使用方便并值得推广的电能计量控制系统。
Reference to correlative products abroad and home, this paper puts forward with a kind of new scheme of electric energy measurement and control system which adopts master/slave structure to realize centralized measurement , control and management of electric energy.
    This paper detailed analyzes design principle and realization of electric energy measurement and control part which includes user controller, sub-user controller and electric energy measurement. Being master control part, user controller stores, manages, display and query user information; as slave control part, sub-user controller calculates and temporarily stores power sent from measuring module; measuring module measures electric energy by using power meter's special circuit which simplifies circuit design and connects or breaks up power supply circuit by relay; in order to transmitting data fast and exactly, RS-485 communication standard is adopts between user controller and sub-user controller. At the same time, it briefly introduces the design of IC card read/write device and the communication protocol between computer and IC card read/write device.
    This paper detailed introduces the character selection and encryption of IC card and implements read-write and encryption of IC card. The Windows interface is shown in software using serial communication control to realize serial communication. Friendly user interface, fresh menu window and strong control function are also provided to user.
    This system has passed the appraisal of 1.0 lever power meter made by Dalian Weighhouse, its precision and reliability fits the need of power meter, thus it is a kind of electric energy measurement and control system which can easily use and should be popularized.
