PC轧机轧制力偏差研究

摘要
本文针对宝钢1580PC精轧机两侧轧制力偏差问题进行了理论与实验研究。
     首先,研究了PC轧机结构中的均载机构,在ADAMS中建模并提取工作辊和支撑辊均载机构模型的自由度信息,该信息中模型自由度为0,可进行运动学仿真分析;运用机械系统动态仿真方法分析了工作辊均载机构和支撑辊均载机构装置。仿真结果表明均载机构可以补偿轴承座绕轧辊固定端转动时的轴向位移,可以将辊系轴向力传递给机架,避免辊系轴向力过大,使辊系产生非对称交叉而导致轧机两侧轧制力偏差。
     其次,分析了PC轧机传动系统附加力矩对轧制力偏差的影响。
     最后,应用有限元软件DEFORM分析了PC轧机辊系交叉点移动时对轧制力偏差的影响。模拟了在交叉角固定前提下改变交叉点位置以及在交叉点固定情况下改变交叉角时的轧制力偏差的变化情况,为轧机控制及调试提供依据。
     根据相似理论设计与制造了PC模拟轧机,实验轧机具有可控的交叉角及交叉点位置调整机构,可方便快捷地进行交叉角大小及交叉点位置的调整,可完成PC轧机交叉状态与板形、交叉状态与轧制力、工作辊偏移距与辊系稳定状态等多种实验,为PC轧机的轧制理论与工作状态研究提供了良好的实验平台。
     在PC模拟实验轧机上完成了交叉角与轧制力偏差、辊系交叉点变化与轧制力偏差、交叉状态与板形、轧机辊系稳定性等一系列实验研究,实验结果对PC轧机乃至四辊轧机的设计理论及轧机维护具有重要指导意义。
This paper will do theory and experimental research on the problems of deviation of rolling force on two sides of the rolling mill Bao gang Steel 1580PC mill.
     Firstly, this paper do resarch on the self-adaptive mechanism to uniformly distributing axial force of the PC rolling mill structure.Modeling in ADAMS and extract the degree of freedom of uniform load mechanism of work roll and back-up roll. The message show that the degree of freedom is zero and can make dynamics simulation.Simulate uniform load mechanism of work roll and uniform load mechanism of back-up roll with the method of mechanical sysytem dynamic emulation. The results show that the uniform load mechanism can compensate the axial displacement when the bearing frame turn around the roll fixed end and can deliver the axial force to the frame avoiding deviation of rolling force on two sides of the rolling mill because of excessive axial force in roll system when asymmetric cross.
     Secondly,analysis the impact on deviation of rolling force of the additional torque of the PC transmission system and universal-joint spindle.
     Finally, using the finite element software DEFORM analysis the impact on the deviation of rolling force under the cross point movement of roll systerm . Simulate the alter of the deviation of rolling force when cross point changes under the same cross angle and when cross angle changes under the same crossing point.This provide basis for the control and debugging of the rolling mill.
     Design and manufacture PC simulation rolling mill according to the similarity theory.It has controllable crossing angle and adjustable mechanism of crossing point position and it is convenient and swift to adjust the crossing angle and the crossing point position.It can finish many kinds of experiments,for example,crossing state and shape of strip of PC rolling mill,crossing state and rolling force,working roll deviation distance and rollling system steady state. This provide a good experimental platform for rolling theory and working state of PC rolling mill.
     It finished a series of experiment research on the PC simulation experiment rolling mill including crossing angle and deviation of rolling force,the alter crossing point of rolling system and deviation of rolling force, crossing state and shape of stripand rollling system steady state.The experiment result have important guiding significance on the design theory and maintenance of the PC rolling mill even the four-high rolling mill.
