地铁OCC电力调度仿真培训系统继电保护模块的研究与开发

摘要
地铁运营操作控制中心(OCC)对地铁安全运营起着至关重要的作用,它是电力调度员、行车调度员和环控调度员对全线电力调度、行车调度和环境控制进行集中指挥的中心。目前世界各国城市轨道交通迅速发展,各类合格地铁调度员需求量大增。传统的培训方式周期长,效果差,无法解决当前供需矛盾,而利用计算机仿真技术设计的地铁OCC调度仿真培训系统,培训方式灵活、高效,可以很好解决上述矛盾。因此本文对于地铁OCC电力调度仿真培训系统的研究有着很重要的意义
     继电保护模块作为OCC电力调度仿真培训系统中的重要组成部分,对于整个仿真培训系统是否能够逼真的模拟供电系统的实际运行情况具有重要的意义。本文的主要研究内容如下:
     (1)本文首先在研究地铁电力监控系统的基础上,分析了OCC电力调度仿真培训系统硬件及软件构成,分析了各子系统功能模块,并做出了继电保护模块的需求分析。然后根据需要,在研究地铁供电系统的基础上,分析总结了供电系统可能发生的故障及配置的保护,为教员子系统提供了故障选项。
     (2)根据对供电系统所配置保护的分析,分交流系统和直流系统,采用混合仿真法(逻辑判断法与定值判断法混合)对供电系统常见的保护构建了模型并进行了开发。构建的模型能够很好的满足准确性、实时性和适用性的要求。
     (3)从继电保护模块整体角度出发,根据地铁供电系统配置保护的特点,构建了继电保护装置模型,层次模型,设计了相关流程并进行了开发。该模型及流程能够在满足准确性的前提下,很好的满足实时性要求。
     (4)最后,通过测试表明本文所构建的模型及流程能够很好的满足继电保护仿真要求和课题要求。
The metro operation control center plays a crucial role in security operation, it is the centralized command center of power dispatcher, traffic dispatcher and environmental dispatcher for power supply, traffic organization and environmental conditions. Nowadays, with the rapid development of the urban rail transit around the world, various types of qualified subway dispatchers are surge in demand. The traditional training way cost too much time and has low efficiency, it can not solve the contradiction between supply and demand, while designing the simulation training system of the metro OCC dispatcher with the use of computer simulation technology can solve that contradiction, because of its flexible and efficient process. Therefore, the thesis has a significant meaning to make scientific on the simulation training system of the metro OCC power dispatcher.
     The relay protection module is an important part in the simulation training system of the OCC power dispatcher, it has significant meaning for the entire simulation training whether can realistically simulate operation of the actual power supply system. The main study in this paper is as follows:
     (1) This paper firstly analyzes the hardware and software system architecture of the simulation training system of the OCC power dispatcher based on studying the metro power supervisory control and data acquisition, analyzes the functional modules of the subsystems, and makes the demand of relay protection module. Then, this paper analyzes and summarizes the faults and relay protections based on studying the power supply system, it offers options for the instructor subsystem.
     (2) According to the analysis of the relay protections of the power supply system, this paper points of AC and DC systems, and using a hybrid simulation method builds models of relay protections and develops that, these models can well meet the requirements of accuracy, real-time and applicability.
     (3) From the overall perspective of the relay protections module, according to the specialty of relay protections of the metro, this paper builds models of protective relaying equipments, hierarchical model, designs its flow process, and develops that. These models and flow process can meet the requirement of accuracy, and also can meet the requirement of real-time.
     (4) Finally, this paper has been tested to show that the model and flow process can well meet the requirement of simulation of the relay protection and the requirement of the subject.
