立体视检查软件设计及应用研究

摘要
本课题主要探讨自编立体视检查软件在眼科临床立体视检查中的应用价值;比较传统的TNO检查法与本软件检查法的差异;测定正常人群各年龄组远、近距离立体视锐度的正常值;分析年龄与立体视的关系;分析检查距离与立体视的关系;测定斜视、弱视儿童的近距离立体视发育情况;测定随机点大小对立体视锐度的影响。
     本文内容包括三部分。在第一部分中阐述了立体视觉的形成机制,包括产生立体视觉需具备的生理基础、立体视觉的形成过程以及立体视的分类,并指出双眼视差是产生立体视的必要条件;简单回顾了在立体视的心理物理检查中曾被使用或正在使用的仪器和方法,各种仪器的适用人群,分析其中存在的各种问题。第二部分是软件设计部分。本软件包含五个组成模块,分别为总体立体视检查模块、局部立体视检查模块、动态随机点检查模块、眼电生理仪通信模块、示教模块。第三部分是临床检查,数据统计和分析部分。实验对象包括正常人组和患者组,其中正常人组共63人,分为10~14岁、22~29岁、30~42岁3个年龄组。患者共70人,年龄4~13岁,其中包括斜视、弱视、远视、屈光不正等眼病。
     本课题在研究过程中,经历了软件编写与修改、临床应用、数据分析等几个阶段。通过临床应用和数据分析证明,本软件有较好的实用价值。
This thesis mainly discuss the practical value of the stereopsis test software in the ophthalmic clinical test of stereopsis, compare the difference between the traditional TNO method and our software, measure the normal value of distant and near stereo acuity of health people .analyze the relation between the age and stereopsis, analyze the relation between the distance and stereopsis, test the near stereopsis development of young children with ophthalmic disease, test the influence on stereoacuity of the size of random dot.
    This article include three part, in the first part, we clarify the principle of the stereopsis developing, including the physiological element of stereopsis, its developing process and classification. And point out that binocular parallax is the necessary element of stereopsis. Review the equipment or method that have been or deing used in the stereopsis test, and the suitable people to use them, analyze all kind of problem or disadvantage of them. The second part is programming of the software. This software contain five module, they are whole storeopsis module, local storeopsis module, dynamic random dot module, module of communication with ophthalmic electric equipment, demonstration module. The third part is clinical test, data analysis and statistics. The experiment object include normal people and patient, the normal people were divided into three group, the people' s age were between 10 and 14 in first group , between 22 and 29 in second group , between 30 and 42 in third group , and the total was 63. The patient total up to 70, and their age were between 4 and 13.
    In the course of research, the article experienced software programming, clinical practice and modification again and again, data analysis. Through the clinical practice and data analysis, it was proved that this software has great practical value.
