数字印刷的质量检测与控制技术

摘要
在对喷墨印刷技术特点分析的基础上,本文提出了喷墨印刷质量检测与控制方法研究的必要性。通过理论分析与实践经验的总结,旨在找出喷墨印刷各因素影响印品质量的实质以及如何对这些因素进行控制以提高印刷质量。
     以墨点保真度作为检测要素,运用计算机图像分析法定量分析和检测,通过获得的检测数据实现对喷墨印刷质量的评价。喷墨印刷墨点的保真度通常通过墨点的圆度、面积变化率以及粗糙度来衡量。本文还研究了墨点保真度分析原理。
     选取纸张基本性能参数(白度、平滑度、光泽度和吸收性)和墨点保真度进行分析;运用灰色关联分析法确定纸张基本性能参数与墨点保真度的关系;结合印刷样张实例,通过质量分析说明并验证了纸张喷墨印刷质量分析与评价的方法。
     利用灰色关联分析法对影响喷墨印刷纸印刷性能的若干因素进行了优势因素分析。结果表明,纸张的吸收性对墨点质量有非常明显的影响,纸张的平滑度对墨点质量影响最小。而平滑度和不透明度的影响居中。优势次序是吸收性,白度,不透明度,平滑度。需要强调的是,利用灰关联技术得出的优势因素,是指改变某因素的值会明显改变系统值,但是并不意味着单纯提高此因素的值就会提高最终的质量。结果表明,该方法可用于纸张涂布技术和印刷图像质量的评价,对提高和改进数字印刷承印材料的质量具有积极的作用。
On the basis of analyzing ink-jet printing technology we found researching the method of ink-jet printing quality testing and control is necessary. For the purpose of finding how the factors effect the printing quality and how to control the factors.
     We got experimental data by image analysis to evaluate ink-jet printing quality. We evaluated dot fidelity by dot roundness, dot area and roughness. Dot fidelity theory was studied.
     We analyzed paper performance parameters (brightness, smoothness, opacity and absorbent) and dot fidelity; We applied analytical grey incidence to confirm the relationship between paper performance parameters and dot fidelity; Combining printing proof and quality analysis we developed the method quality testing and control technology of digital printing on paper.
     Analytical grey incidence was applied to the advantage influencing factors analysis of inkjet paper’s image printing quality. The results showed that the absorbent has significant influence on the dot quality. However, the influence of the smoothness on the dot quality is not very clear. Advantage order is absorbent, brightness, opacity, smoothness. We should know that advantage influencing factors obtained by analytical grey incidence have significant influence on the whole result. However we can’t improve the final printing quality by improving one of these factors. We got that we can apply the method to the coating and printing quality’s analysis. The method is good for improving digital printing quality.
