印鉴识别系统的研究

摘要
尽管生物测定学已经在许多领域中得以广泛应用,但是印鉴识别作为一种个人身份认证被广泛应用于日本等一些亚洲国家,印鉴应用于多种类型的文档。随着信息化的普及和办公自动化程度的不断提高,传统的印鉴管理手段已经无法满足现代业务的需求,包括印鉴的存档和鉴别,特别是在公安、金融领域,更加迫切地需要利用信息技术进行印鉴识别的系统。因此,本文以印鉴图像为研究对象,阐述了目前印鉴识别系统的需求和国內外的研究现状,介绍了当前印鉴识别系统的基本结构,各部分的主要任务以及面临的问题,接着详细介绍印章图像颜色特征的提取、二值化、图像去噪等预处理方法,最后介绍了基于纹理的频谱度量特征的印鉴识别方法。具体如下:
     (1)分析了国内外印鉴识别技术研究现状和发展趋势,研究了国内支票特点和业务发展方向,指出了现有印鉴识别存在的问题以及选题的目的和意义;
     (2)印鉴预处理部分研究了基于HSI色彩空间的印鉴分割、二值化以及印鉴图像的去噪和填充;
     (3)通过各种配准算法的比较后,选择基于几何参数的配准方法,对待验印鉴进行平移变换使得二者的形心重合后,根据参数计算中得出的印鉴偏转角进行印鉴的旋转匹配,从而达到对印鉴图像的配准;
     (4)运用基于纹理的频谱度量特性和SVM分类器的识别方法,该方法改进了上述方法由于旋转等问题所引起的识别误差,有效地解决了实际应用中遇到的一系列困难,如印鉴由于人为用力不均及油墨质量等因素的影响等;
     实验结果表明,文中提出的基于印鉴纹理的频谱特性的印鉴识别算法,采用支持向量机能够有效的在特征空间对不同类对象的特征进行分类,并且对于有噪声的不理想印鉴图像能较好的分类,从而提高了识别率。
Although biometrics has been used in many areas, seal imprint as a kind of personal identification is widely used in Japan and some other Asian countries. Seal imprint is used in many types of text and most of seal identified by human eyes. With the popularity of information technology and office automation, the traditional means of seal management has been unable to meet modern needs, especially in the public security and financial fields that need to use information technology to identify more urgently. Therefore, this paper introduce the demand in home and the current research abroad of seal imprint, and then particularly discuss identification such as the extraction of seal color, binary, image denoising, at the end of the paper we introduce the identification based on texture features. As follows:
     (1) Analyses the cheque's current research and development and then study the cheque's characteristics and the development direction at home. This paper pointed out the existing problems of cheque identification and the purpose and significance of topics;
     (2)In the part of preprocess we studied seal segmentation, binary and seal denoising based on HSI color space;
     (3)Base on the two seals' deflexion angle gained in parameters calculating to rotation matching after making translation transform the two heart-shaped coincidence;
     (4)Put forward an identification method based on the texture of the spectrum and SVM, this method improved the other methods' identification error caused by rotation, effectively solved series difficulties in practical application such as the influence due to chop forced uneven of human factors and the quality of ink.
     The experimental results show that, the identification method based on the text in the texture and SVM can effectively classify the different types of objects in characteristics space and can classification correctly in the reasonless seal images, improve the recognition rate.
