PT二次回路压降补偿新方法研究

摘要
电压互感器二次回路压降引起的电能计量误差,是电能计量综合误
    差的一个特殊的组成部分,电压互感器二次回路压降对电能计量误差的
    影响最大可达6%左右,根据有关统计因此少收电费的数目是非常惊人
    的。选择这一问题进行研究,提出相应的解决办法并形成可以实用化的
    产品,提高电能计量的准确度,对供电和用电部门都有着切实的意义。
     本文首先分析了电压互感器二次回路的特点及其压降产生的原因,
    研究了它对电能计量误差的影响,总结了现有的降低电压互感器二次回
    路压降的几种方法及各自的特点。通过充分地收集相关的文献和资料,
    系统地综述了对这一问题的理论研究成果及实际应用的经验,确立了本
    文研究的主攻方向。
     本文总结了电压互感器二次回路压降现场测试的各种方法,对现有
    的二次压降补偿器提出了新的改进方案,不仅使得这种装置的补偿特性
    更好,而且体积更小,外型更美观,与电能表盘相配。
     针对原有补偿器需要信号线的问题,提出了一种分布式补偿系统的
    设计方案,这种方案取消了信号线,采用通信手段传递信号。
     对电压互感器二次回路补偿器的安全性和可靠性进行的专门研究,
    提出了补偿器电子电路的电压保护和电流保护方案。
     对新研制的电压互感器二次回路压降补偿器,分别进行了实验室测
    试和现场试运行,证明性能良好,对实验数据进行的分析。
The error of energy measurement caused by PT secondary circuit voltage
     drop is a special part of the energy measurement composite error. The
     maximum value could be reach 6% that the energy measurement error caused
     by the PT secondary circuit voltage drop. It is very surprise that the lost
     electricity charge caused by it according to some relative statistic. To select
     this problem to study and present some relative solutions, thus make it
     converting to some practicality productions and enhance the energy
     measurement accuracy, these must have important meanings for both the
     electricity generator and electricity user.
     Firstly the reasons of the voltage drop in existence and the PT secondary
     circuit’s features are analyzed. The affect of the voltage drop to energy
     measurement, the several methods for reduce the voltage drop and each
     characteristic is summarized. By adequately collecting the relative literature
     and information, the researched fruit in theory and the experience of
     practicality application is summarized and establish the main task of the
     dissertation.
     In this paper the all kinds of method for the on site measurement and test
     of the PT secondary circuit voltage drop. Some new ameliorated schemes are
     presented to the secondary circuit voltage drop compensation device in being.
     Not only improving the compensation feature of the device, but also lesser in
     size, more suitable for the energy meter box because of the good-looking
     shape.
     For the compensation device existing must need the voltage signal line, a
     kind of distributed compensation system are presented. The voltage signal
     line was canceled in the new scheme and the voltage signal was sent by
     communication.
    
    
     The security and reliability of the new made compensation device are
     studied technically, a new scheme of current and voltage protection for the
     electronic circuit of the compensation device are set to forth.
     The new made PT secondary circuit voltage drop compensation device is
     tested and preliminary operation at the laboratory and the substation. The
     performance is proved well. The data is analyzed.
