红塔ERP配件数据准备的研究

摘要
在国有企业ERP的实施过程中,最困难的就是基础数据的准备,数据准备成功与否,是ERP实施能否成功的关键因素。
     本文结合红塔实施ERP的实际情况,对企业配件的管理现状和数据现状进行了深入的调查和分析。着重研究了配件管理业务流程的重构和数据的重构、配件静态数据的分析整理及数据准备的实施技术。在配件管理业务流程和数据重构的研究中,深入分析了配件管理业务流程和数据现状存在的问题,提出了配件采购、库存管理业务流程重构的目标和模式,以及配件数据重构的方法,解决了配件管理业务流程的优化问题和分散的配件数据的整合问题。在对配件静态数据的分析整理及实施技术的研究中,基于重构后的配件数据,建立了科学合理的分类原则和编码体系,解决了配件数据的规范化和标准化问题,采用数据库编程技术,设计了数据准备、转换和检查程序,实现了对数据准确性和重码率的控制。最后分析了配件数据实施的效果。
     本文的研究提出了一套系统的配件数据准备的方法,使红塔ERP配件数据准备在无现成的理论指导和成功先例借鉴情况下顺利完成,并取得良好效果,证明本文所提方法是可行的、先进的,它对红塔实施其它模块,对国企、大型企业实施ERP,以及任何大型管理项目的数据准备都具有借鉴意义。
One of the most difficult problems during the cause of the application of ERP in national enterprises is the preparation of fundamental data. Whether the data preparation is successful or failed is a key factor of whether the project will be succeeded or failed.
    Integrating the practical complexion during the application of the Hongta ERP project, the author, in the dissertation, makes a deep investigation and analysis to the management-actuality and data-actuality of those fittings in Hongta. The dissertation works strictly over the operation-flow reformation and the data reformation during the management about those fittings, and also over the analysis and coordination about the data of those static ones. At the same time, the paper also stresses over the practical technique about the application of the data preparation. In the session of the operation-flow reformation and the data reformation, the paper analyses deeply the problems about the operation-flow in the management of fittings and the problems about those data of fittings and then brings out an aim and a pattern for the fittings-stock and the operation-flow about the storage management and also brings out a method for the fittings-data-reformation. We can see that, the paper has resolved the problem about the optimizing of the operation-flow of fittings-data-management and the problem of the conformity of those masses disperse fittings data. In the session of the analysis and coordination of those static data of fittings, on the basis of the reformed data of fittings, the paper establishes both a scientific classifying principle and also a rational coding system, which resolved the problem of the fittings-data- standardization. In order to control the actuality and the rate of overlapped codes, the paper has designed data-preparation programs and data-switch programs and data-checking ones through database programming technologies. At the end of the paper, the author gives us an analysis about the effect of the fittings data application.
    The paper brings forward a suit of systematic method in the data preparation of fittings, and brings the fittings data preparation in the Hongta ERP project to a big success, without a guide of any ready-made theory or any succeeded precedent used for reference. And the method has acquired good effect. So, we can say, the method, that the paper brings forward, is feasible and advanced. It has its referent sense for the application of other parts of the Hongta ERP project, for the ERP project application of any other national enterprises and even any gigantic enterprises. In further, it even has its means for those data preparations of any big projects.
